Neo-Nazis have come together in Sanford, Florida to protect the White people in the community and they are patrolling the area.

The face of hate in America has been with us a very long time. Above all other things what we know how to do best of all is hate.

How tragic that in the years to come our grandchildren will carry this legacy of hatred on having been exposed to the ignorance of adults today.

No gray matter there! They're a bunch of hollow heads! As if they had a chance of doing anything in Florida, with all the blacks and spanish-speaking people we have here. They're a bunch of idiots who have nothing better to do. But I better shut up before they come to get me. big_smile

Can I ask, without sounding completely ignorant, Who exactly are the new Black Panthers, how do they differ from the old, where have they come from and who is funding them?

Anyone who labels themselves as Neo-Nazi's, IMHO, do not warrant any form of investigation.(accept official investigation) They are same old, same old, same agenda.

      Sorry,

That is  not a credible source and I do not think they are there at this juncture. The hype over this is simmering down as more comes out. Let them arrest Zimmerman and try him. At the end of the day he is going to walk and I am sorry to say that is wrong. But again, this was not about race even though the left wants to make it so.

Well more inaccurate statements. You really are having a hard time keeping straight what you say from thread to thread.

" I turn off Romney, and never touch Fox or hate-talk radio." I find it odd and have called you out on this before here you say you do not listen to hate radio then you will claim "you heard Rush say" Of make a comment citing Fox that you "just saw it or read it" not to mention all those radical blogs you cite.  So 'which is it, you read or saw it or you didn't.

And I know you know this, every comment you ever made on my articles is still there. I do not delete or alter anything, unlike the left.

And I get links to clips on my twitter feed. That is how I keep up on that bigot and his sundry friends.

Plus, I listened to him until Clinton took office, when his offensive statements became pornography to my ears.

                Rush gets away with ear-porn.

                  LMC,

There are many posts where you two were both rude to each other and I left them up. I actually will get a comment on them from time to time.

So you say Rush, Fox, and all the other right wing blog sites all of them tweet you with links. So I guess it is safe to say that at some point you had to go into the forbidden zones to listen or read those clips.  So why not just go there and read them in the first place? Then you could read the entire article and not tidbits or stuff taken out of context.

LOL never heard of ear porn before. Funny. I have to give you that one.

No--thanks to Bush's FCC, I had my fill of hate-talk, and nothing to counter it.

Now, thanks to Pelosi--we have liberal talk! I don't want to pollute my mind with that conservative hate and derision ever again...you go right ahead.

Yeah if you want the perspective of a New Yorker in Texas. For the real "man on the ground", lowdown at the hoedown. I have a better one. Find out what it is really all about. It started with Harry Moore in 1951.

It goes deeper than just race, or opinions from people who don't really know the drill around here. Don't settle for a guess.

        He won't walk.

Trayvon was ultimately protected by the "Stand Your Ground" Law....and Zimmerman will be behind bars...

        Mark my words...

Preempting a perceived assault/aggression with an assault/aggression of one's own is self-defense...and the only one with this profile is Trayvon.

Zimmerman was not defending himself by pursuing/hunting down Martin.. He will have a long hard fight ahead of him...and he will lose.

Well, they've apparently stopped short of putting out Wanted posters like the New Black Panthers did.   So that's a plus.
But it's alarming that average people are being trapped between two groups like that.
In this case, does it matter to point out that the proponents of black activism started it?   YES, I think it does.   People need to stop trying to take the Law into their own hands; give the legal system time to do its job.  Instead of inciting racial tension.  That includes Obama and Eric Holder.  The men have no common sense, apparently.

On the way home yesterday, I was listening to Mickey Wiener, aka "Dr. Savage", and he was ranting on and on about how Obama hates white males, and is out to destroy white civilization. Apparently, the only proof of this is he fact that Obama is black, and sometimes makes public statements.

Glenn Beck was the only right wing nut who had the guts to speak in KKK jargon publicly. "Obama hates white culture", etc. Before the rest of the right wing whack jobs get too deeply into the whole "Obama is the enemy of white people" schtick, they might want to consider how Beck ended up. There is still a lot more to come out about this event. My sources reveal South Florida police records reportedly have the kid listed as an active gang member. He was also reportedly known as a trouble maker in school and a kid with an attitude, with at least one suspension for poor behavior and/or a violent altercation on his school record.

None of this of course adds up to execution, but is does lead to the suspicion or supposition that the kid was capable of attacking Zimmerman and it may be believed that he did, therefore no arrest.

The only thing that appears to be absolutely clear is neither party used very good judgment.

I doubt the “Stand your Ground Doctrine” will apply here, however it maybe that the kid “brought a knife to gunfight” and simple self defense may stand.

And to clarify  the “brought a knife” comment is only an expression.

Question: What does Trayvon's past behavior has to do with that night when he was minding is own business- even if he was consider a gang member does that mean it is ok to kill him.

Can someone show those people who never did anything wrong in their life?

        Span,

It has everything and yet it has little. OK now that I confused you follow along, it would be easier if you just read my article.

First his past as they want to say is not as past as in reality. Martin was suspended from school for 10 days for violating the schools drug policy. He was found to have a mostly empty bag of what was believed to be pot. Now on its own if it tests positive was so little it would only be a slap on the wrist. But, he was found shortly before with suspicious jewelry in his possession that was verified was not his or his families. An investigation as to where it came from was already underway when the pot incident occurred. Add on top of the he was caught red handed vandalizing the school. Add all 3 together and Martin was about to be arrested in MIAMI. But that was not where he was, he was in SANFORD. He was alone, staying in a neighborhood he did not know , with the fathers fiancee. So Mr Martin is not so innocent as everyone wants you to believe.

Next, he was coming home from the store, he is lost, it is dark and raining. He looks at every house he passes looking for the familiar place he was staying. He then spots a dude watching him, is it a cop, undercover, am I about to get pinched? I would bet that was Martins frame of mind, he was ready to not be caught.

Now from the other side we have a wanna be cop, following procedure, he sees a suspect checking out houses, he calls it in, cops are on the way, he describes to the person on the phone what he sees, then Martin takes off, Zimmerman follows, Zimmerman was then told to stand down the cop will handle it. BOOM  Done. At this point, the rest of the story means nothing, Zimmmerman was told to stop, period. Anything that happens after that is on Zimmermans back, he becomes responsible.

Zimmerman has to be charge with at least manslaughter, he will not face hate crimes charges.

Even if all you say is true- not even the police have the right to make you tell them anything if you're not doing anything wroing.

Why are there certain people who think that if I think you look suspicous that gives me the right to act on that suspicion?

      2. readytoescape profile image60
readytoescapeposted 12 years agoin reply to this

AS I wrote, his past behavior could lead to the suspicion that he retaliated or confronted Zimmerman. You are also assuming his was minding his own business, and he may have been, until he realized he was being watched and/or followed.

I don’t see where anyone in law enforcement appears to think that Zimmerman just walked up and shot him. The prevailing supposition appears to be there was some kind of provocation or altercation preceding the shooting. Which is why there has been no arrest or arrest warrant until now.

Unfortunately that arrest warrant appears to be more motivated by political and social pressure, than steeped in facts or evidence. However that is yet to be revealed.

Nothing new there. Many times suspects with "bounties" and death threats from people who rush to judgement leave the state and go into hiding. Let's face it, there is no way Zimmerman can walk on a street in Florida and not be recognized and you know what will happen then.

His lawyer did not quit, always with the 1/2 truths LMC. His attorneys have just stepped aside till Zimmerman contacts them, The Attorney said it is an "ethical" breach to represent a client that has not called them back, it has been 3 days since they heard from Zimmerman. They clearly state if he calls they will again represent him.

Cite and show credible facts that Hannity in complicit in this crime, to make such a charge is reckless and egregious.

NBC exec was fired for ALTERING the video footage to look like something else happened than what really happened. Typical left move to alter evidence to frame someone.

"His lawyer did not quit, always with the 1/2 truths LMC."

"During a press conference today, George Zimmerman's attorneys Craig Sonner and Hal Uhrig told the media that they will no longer be representing Zimmerman, who has admitted shooting Florida teenager Trayvon Martin. Sonner said they have "lost contact" with Zimmerman. Uhrig went on to say that Zimmerman had "called Sean Hannity of Fox News directly, not through us. "

Uhrig added that "we believe that he spoke directly with Sean off the record and he's not even willing to tell us what our client told him."

    1. American View profile image60

During the press conference here is what was said:

""We're not taking the position that we're leaving him," said one of the lawyers. "Communication can't be one way. ... I can't hold myself out as the attorney of record at this point. It wouldn't be ethical for me. ... That's why I'm stepping back."

Sonner said there were "lots of things going on that I don't know about," including Zimmerman speaking to Fox TV's Sean Hannity off the record and calling the special prosecutor who is investigating the shooting.

Sonner and Uhrig said that they still believe in Zimmerman's innocence and that they would probably represent him again if he contacted them and requested it. They said Zimmerman is in the U.S., but wouldn't say where because they fear for his safety.

If you follow me, run or walk up to me, try to detain me, or otherwise behave as a threat . . . I can punch you in the face . . . "stand your ground". I like the law. We believe in self protection, not just self defense. The difference? Self defense is when you wait for an attack. Self protection is when you prevent one. Leave me alone on a drizzly night when I am walking home from the store, and you won't get knocked out.

Now, if some fool acts the way Zimmerman did, including disregarding police instructions not to follow, and confronts someone as if he has authority . . . gets jumped . . . is getting his ass kicked . . . pulls out a gun and murders his adversary. He is now guilty of Negligent Manslaughter. That is how the COPS filed their report when they arrested him for the crime. It was the prosecutor who did not press charges. See, around here, they like to have a 100% conviction rate when they run for judge. You will hear Florida judges bragging about it on their new gig . . . People's Court.

Now, Jesse Jackson and Al Sharpton are has-beens trying to fuel their fizzling careers. The New Black Panther Party are not even a blip on the radar. The Neo-Nazi's you refer to are a joke. It is one guy pulling a publicity stunt. The truth is that the KKK are not Neo-nazi's, but you don't need to worry about them, either. Like Sharpton and Jackson . . . they are not relevant anymore.

On the other hand, I would not want to start anything with some of the real militias that do exist. They are well trained, well armed, have combat experience and are too smart to show themselves, yet. If you start a raging gun battle in their designated areas, good luck. It will be over quick. Where do I send the flowers?

Do you think we care about what you think?  Go to Disney, have a nice day at the beach, spend some money, and go home. We have too many Yankees and foreigners here, already.

Don't get me wrong, we love ya'll.

Also from Central Florida, and I agree with WD.

Personally I think Zimmerman is an idiot. I also believe he created a situation, with contribution from Martin, that escalated badly and wrongly. Don’t put me on the Jury because I think Zimmerman is guilty of multiple charges and as a concealed weapons license holder in Florida, I do not see a viable or even plausible defense, especially in any of the self-defense doctrines.

My point is neither of the individuals involved is squeaky clean. And the escalation of racial BS and the "shot down in the street" scenerio being employed to perpetuate the news cycle is creating social tensions and political pressures that are complicating and skewing the judicial process.

Again, referring to Readytoescape.....was Trayvon entitled to a defense?  Even if he attacked Zimmerman, did Martin have a right to defend himself? Is preempting a presumed/perceived attack with an attack of one's own not considered self-defense?

It absolutely is.......  A young man being watched....being followed.....by a guy talking on the phone to who knows who (in Trayvon's mind)....  Again...if it was your son...if it was you...and you were being followed, what would you do?

Fight or flight....and Martin did both, and in the reverse order. That is clear....

Stranger Danger..........  If my son was being followed by some guy/person (who was obviously not a police officer) I would expect the same....and he'd know how to defend himself as well.

Very few people, if anyone, is squeaky clean....but this case has nothing to do with that.....  Even if Trayvon was being suspicious, Zimmerman had zero authority, zero training, zero ability to do what he did.....  He needed to stay in his car.....stay put.....and let professionals do their jobs...

Of course, based on what I've learned about Sanford, I don't know if "professionals" are on the job.

Let me say once more, perhaps I was not clear. I believe both parties involved provided ample fuel for an explosion that went way out of control. Martin should not be dead and Zimmerman is ultimately responsible for his death.

We do not know what provocations, if any, Zimmerman may have directed towards the boy. We also do not know what the Boy did in response, if any. It seems clear, rightly or wrongly. Something propelled Zimmerman to pull his weapon and fire. I don’t know what and so far neither does anyone else. But I’m pretty sure the boy did not say, “Okay let’s just wait for the police to arrive and they will straighten it out.”

I’ve raised 5 boys through their teenage years and this is what they all would have done, out of respect for an elder if nothing else. They also would have made their own 911 calls or asked to talk to the dispatcher to be sure the police were coming and/or have their parents contacted. They would not run and they would only fight if attacked, that does not seem to be the case here. But again we do not know.

You seem to be saying that just being followed is provocation enough to attack, I disagree. It's enough to turn and confront but not attack unless there is further provocation. The kid had a phone. Why did he not call the police himself or his parents to have then talk to Zimmerman? See this is the problem to many questions.

Would there be anything to talk about if they both kept their tempers and emotions under control and had just waited for the police to arrive? It seems quite clear that the boy had every right to be in that neighborhood, just as Zimmerman has the right to protect it.

Neither of the parties respected the other's rights and the situation escalated out of control. There is no disagreement that Zimmerman did not act as a reponsible individual, however the questions remain.

Just heard on Ed's show: States attorney to make an announcement at 6 pm eastern time.

Martin family and Sharpton are calling for a peaceful response.

I heard Rev....he said this was a mission of love...love for Trayvon and all our kids. Black, white, yellow, brown, or red.

What does that matter? We are all parents and kids and grandparents and friends and relatives.

Here's a suggestion: put a bag over your head an just listen to what people say. Bagism--first proposed by John and Yoko.

Well when "Rev" preaches about the concern we should show others maybe he could point to his acts where he showed any concern for a different race, you know, walk the walk.
