The Bible is what Iam talking about, the word of the live God. This word will teach you how to live and be happy.

If you are so happy, why do feel the need to make random statements like this? Would your time not be better spent by actually saying something meaningful, in some way? Actually saying something that would help people, or make them feel better? Do you actually think that you will help your fellow man by declaring "Yes!!! The word of God"

paradigmsearch: You choose to mock God your creator. Why? Just because he has not revealed himself to you, but Have you sincerely asked him to or do you ask mockigly?

News flash. Haj3396 is not God. God might have a user name like I AM, or Y-H; or something a little more revealing.

We can trust our own instincts about anything. Dealing with individuals one on one is something we can trust if our instincts tell us so. Learn to hone your instincts and you'll know what and whom you can trust.

We can also trust that the universe will metabolize everything we through into it. (I pretty much stole that line from another forum.)

We can trust that nothing is as it apears to be.

It is amazjng we can trust everything but, God. We trust our car brakes, we trust that nothing is as it apears to be, we can trust hat the universe will metabolize everything we through into it. All we are saying is we have faith in things of the world, but the one that made the world we don't have trust.

I hope you are not assuming that I do not have faith in God, though I do often express some non belief in religious institutions. And the way inwhich they misinterpret "Some" scriptures as they were taught to do.

Now, to say that I have lost faith in religious institutions is not meant as a reflection upon everyone who does have faith in their particular church group.

Every group of people, whatever their purpose to gather together, have their sheep and goats.
And I'm not saying that the goats are of lesser value than the sheep.
However ...   I can not imagine cooking muttin on the BBQ grill.

For the record. I neither believe nor disbelieve.

And here is my favorite quote for the day. smile

Go placidly amidst the noise and haste, and remember what peace there may be in silence. As far as possible without surrender be on good terms with all persons. Speak your truth quietly and clearly; and listen to others, even the dull and the ignorant; they too have their story.

Avoid loud and aggressive persons, they are vexations to the spirit. If you compare yourself with others, you may become vain or bitter; for always there will be greater and lesser persons than yourself.

Enjoy your achievements as well as your plans. Keep interested in your own career, however humble; it is a real possession in the changing fortunes of time.

Exercise caution in your business affairs; for the world is full of trickery. But let this not blind you to what virtue there is; many persons strive for high ideals; and everywhere life is full of heroism.

Be yourself. Especially, do not feign affection. Neither be cynical about love; for in the face of all aridity and disenchantment it is as perennial as the grass.

Take kindly the counsel of the years, gracefully surrendering the things of youth. Nurture strength of spirit to shield you in sudden misfortune. But do not distress yourself with dark imaginings. Many fears are born of fatigue and loneliness.

Beyond a wholesome discipline, be gentle with yourself. You are a child of the universe, no less than the trees and the stars; you have a right to be here.

And whether or not it is clear to you, no doubt the universe is unfolding as it should. Therefore be at peace with God, whatever you conceive Him to be, and whatever your labors and aspirations, in the noisy confusion of life keep peace with your soul. With all its sham, drudgery, and broken dreams, it is still a beautiful world. Be cheerful.

    Strive to be happy.
