I have a PR 4 page. I used one of my sites (PR6) to link to it. Hence the boost.
LOL.. it sure increase your PR with 'power backlink' like that. ok, how about no outside backlink? internal backlink is fine.
mine, PR2. i wonder why that hub get high PR (the oldest). age sure influencing that..
My iPhone bluetooth headsets hub has a page rank of 4. I have several other 3s, but I think this is my highest ranked page. Paul Deeds mentioned some time back that there are a few 5s on the site or maybe a 6.
Mark, your profile page is a PR4. You can do some "PR sculpting" with that.
No idea. Probably about 234,609
But that's not bad going out of 37 million
I've got about 8 hubs with a 3, nothing higher than that.
My profile is 4, though. Are all profile 4?
My profile is only 3 . Guess that is because I am relatively new though. Sooner or later it will hopefully pick up. Also some of my hubs are pagerank 3, but most are 2.
Edit: It appears I got a bit excited too quickly with my previous edit!
Never checked. Don't know how to check. Please tell me the way.....
Bottom right of my browser has little buttons on it, including "Alexa" (don't really know what that is) and "PageRank". If you are on a particular page or hub, hold your mouse button over the pagerank, and it tells you 2/10, 3/10, etc. I use Firefox.
Londongirl is using an extension that has to be installed which tells you Google PR.
My profile isn't even ranked! (I'm assuming that's a very bad thing. )
However, I do have several Page 1's, and it seems a good number of my other Hubs are either 2's or 3's (not so great). Then, however, there are several that are not ranked. (That's because I answered all those requests that don't have good titles, I think.)
Added note: I'm confused. I just searched my name and it came up on top of the first page. Still, page rank shows "unranked". Does that essentially mean nobody has searched for my name but me, so there was no ranking? I thought "unranked" meant being on a page farther down than 10.

I recently created a new hub about PageRank and after I published it I remembered that it should be PageRank instead of the Page Rank that I used in my URL. I really felt like crying as it is a long hub and would be a lot of work to move to a new hub.But then to make the issues more confusing and...

I think a Google Page rank update happened today. I spend 15-18 hours working on the internet. A few minutes ago I noticed that one of my domains have gone from PR0 to PR2. I checked all my major sites and found changes in most of them. Some moved up on PR and some lost.

For example if I got a backlink from a webpage called lets say www .computers. com/cpuforumIf the pagerank of the domain (www .computers. com) was lets say 5 but the page rank of the sub-domain (www .computers. com/cpuforum) is 0. Will search engines recognize my backlink as a pagerank 5 or...

Yes, I know backlinks are a well covered subject. However I wrote a hub on them in the most basic way possible answering the myriad of questions I had.I'm sure there are errors in my hub since I'm learning new things every day. Is anyone able to just double check that I'm technically correct?Please...

Am I correct in assuming that any page rank on the "my account" page is for hubpages as a whole, not for my hubs in total? The page rank on "my profile" is for my hubs, right?PS- I, too, am learning so much I feel as though my head is exploding.

When evaluating the competition of keywords, I always check the PageRank of the first four results to see the competition. I avoid keywords that have pages with PR 4-5 since they are impossible to beat. There haven't been any PR updates this year or last year so I had to raise the question; is PR...
