I'm trying to update my bio and failing miserably.  When I click on save changes it reverts back to the original bio. Any suggestions?

Try clearing your browser cache then reload the page and try to edit once again and save.  This usually will solve the problem.

Hello Dale, I appreciate your suggestion, but can you please tell me how to clear my browser cache when this happens.

It would depend on which browser you are using. On Google Chrome, it would be to click on the "wrench" in the upper right, then click on options, and then click on clear browser history, delete cache, etc.

On Firefox/Mozilla, you would click on the arrow in the very top upper left, then slide your mouse over "history" and then click the option "clear recent history."

I don't have Internet Explorer on my machine, but it would be very similar.

Thanks Dale...I don't have Chrome either (no little wrench visible). But under Tools I found the option to Delete Browsing History which I did. Is that the same thing as clearing the cache? smile

Snakeslane, you have it, that normally does it. Some browsers will give you the option to just delete history or also delete cache and such.
