Look for help with keywords

   As I have been with hubpages for a few months now, I think it has been like 8months. I am still a little confused about keywords density and keywords in tags. I use the google adwords keyword tool but I do think I am doing something wrong. I like to write on subjects that I like and enjoy, I try and cover all the important factors and have noticed that only a few of my hubs are actually getting a ton of hits per day. What I would like to do is try and improve the all around quality of my hubs including the fact of getting the hang of keyword density and tags.

   I think that if you write knowledgeably and clearly keyword density tends to take care of itself.  As for having only a few hit hubs, I think that is normal.  Look at which ones take off and see if their are related topics that might also be popular.  IMHO it is more about finding a subject people want to know about and competition is low. Tweaking keywords will optimize that traffic, but not create it.

   Articles are out and about by the 'G' team over on G+ they are paying close attention to 'stuffing'. I did ask them, how can one write on a topic when there is no other available word, term, phrase, other than to repeat themself I will have to check if I got a response but a natural flow is best though some recommend having the keyword in the title, and again in your paragraph, can't remember which paragraphs at the moment sorry. Natural flow of the content is preferable though

   I don't think I am using to many of the same sentences and I used a keyword checker to test the density of my keywords and I think they are alright on a few articles. What I would like to know is when you use the google keyword tool and the keywords pop up are those the words you use like for example.
   
   Keyword searched survival
   
   A few keywords that come up
   
   Survival list
   how to survival
   emergency survival kit
   
   Now would I put the entire word in the tags and than use them in my hub. See I have never been the best with keywords and seo style and that is the one thing I am looking to improve. Thank you both for taking the time to answer this and I like your advice and it gives me a better idea.

   Hi
   Always make sure your keyword is in your title.
   In your summery put your keyword in first sentence and last sentence.
   
   Every time you add a module for text video's ect.  be sure to add your keywords to the title box.  Why because the title boxes automatically create tags that only search engines see.
   
   I can't really tell you how to sprinkle your keyword throughout your articles.  Because different articles have different word count but sprinkle your keywords throughout your article naturally.
   
   Make sure you put your keyword or phrase in the very last sentence of your article.
   
   When your finished and you publish your article.  Make sure most of the ads match your keyword or words.
   
   Example:  your keyword is survival.  Make sure there is ads about survival.  Sometimes you will see a few ads that don't match your keyword.  That is ok they are filler ads because there was not enough advertisers.  Just make sure most ads match your keyword.
   
   If not check to see if there is another category your article can go in.  If still your not seeing the proper ads go back and see where you can add a few more keywords.
   
   Oh  Don't forget to add keywords to your caption on images.

   Regarding tags next to keywords. I would include 'industry'. If it's a 'health' topic, put it in your tags and somewhere in your article businesses are in their own 'lists' too
