I started a blog here just 2 weeks ago. It is said that here is a good place to earn money online. I just want to know whether it is easy to earn money here and when you earn the first sum of money. In addition, are there any other good websites to earn money online?

I had a look at your Hubs and you're right, you did try to start a blog here - but that won't work.  Each Hub needs to be a proper, magazine-style article that gives people good information on a topic.

It is not easy to make money anywhere online.  It's not enough to just write, you must also know how to promote your work.  You must learn how to choose the right topics and make the most of your advertising options.

If you just want to write on revenue-sharing sites like HubPages, Triond, Wizzley etc and not learn anything about how to do it professionally, you can earn pennies quite easily - but you won't make much. If you're serious about making money online, I suggest you sign up for a free trial at The Keyword Academy.  You don't have to sign up for the paid course, but it will open your eyes to how much you have to learn.

I also started three weeks ago and still learning, hope we get some good answers. Other similar sites are Squido, Triond though am not yet active on them.

This site is for magazine-style articles, not blogs. Blogs are usually more personal.

I'm finding out that it takes a lot of hard work which include posting articles at multiple sites to earn money online by writing.  In addition to Hubpages, I write articles at Xomba and Triond.

The pay is very low at Triond, but I enjoy writing there because of the ease of posting articles quickly.  At Triond you get paid by the site itself in addition to Google Adsense.

I have also started answering questions at webanswers -- which appears to be earning me the most money (though paltry to say the least) at this time.

A similar question about making money online by writing was asked at webanswers (http://www.webanswers.com).  Here's the response recieved.

Try not to get discouraged and hang in there.  As with most endeavors, it pays to be persistent, be committed and to work hard in order to hopefully make money writing online.

Thanks for your advice. It is true that I am not so professional on how to choose a topic and promoting my article. I will go to the website you mentioned. Thanks again.
