I'm confused here.
Are you leaving? or Are you asking for help?
Your title says you're leaving, yet you've been here 11 days.
Your category where you put your post is asking for help.
So, which is it?
The removal of prohibited links isn't going to change the blocked status and I'm sure it would be best to assume otherwise.
If you had a hub that was blocked from being published because of bad linked places, then when you remove those and submit the hub for publication, it will be reviewed by a moderator.
As for the topic you've chosen to write about is over-saturated marketplace on HubPages already. So, if they don't allow it, that's why.
However, if you're leaving. Then, good bye.
I think you have put more work into posting this whine -- and let's be honest, that is what it is -- than you ever did in creating your hubs.
12 days and already trashing the place? Nice.
If there's a writing site out there that doesn't care who you link to and can make you instant money, by all mean, go there.
This is a writing community and you reap what you sow.
I'll take that as a compliment, as I have no doubt janesix did as well.
It sounds like this was your problem, besides the fact that you're writing on a highly saturated, dubious topic.
also listed under Ristrictions and Prohibitions of Use -
Publish Hubs or Hub Content that are identical to, substantially similar to, or derived from other Hubs and/or content published elsewhere on the Web. This applies even if You are the owner of that content and/or have the rights to publish that content online.
Did you read the Terms of Use before publishing? It helps.
I would choose different topics. I looked at your site. You will never be able to use HP to backlink to that site.
If you really want to write here, spend some time in the learning center and read a lot of hubs to get an idea of what HP is about.
What do you mean 'it would not resubmit'? It has to be reviewed, this takes a few days.
Hubpages has pretty clear rules. You either follow them or you don't.

I’ve decided to leave Hubpages for the foreseeable future at least. I’ve already taken down quite a few hubs but I’ll be leaving the remaining 85 on this account unless I find a good reason to move them. Why am I leaving? I believe that the Hubpages staff has become far too reactive instead of...

I have been thinking about leaving for a while, but I know that in those times I have had something else going on that depresses me a bit. It started when I lost my brother and I began to, somewhat, lose that oomph I had for writing and publishing here. What about you?

If you have noticed your traffic decreasing lately on some of your hubs, this Facebook page is copying content from several hubbers and publishing it on their FB page. The Facebook page is called OHealth atwww .facebook .com /pages ...

I have been thinking of leaving HubPages for a while now because of several reasons. With their latest ebay/amazon update I now have to reformat over 90 hubs (Some had not been published yet and I was waiting for Halloween). Rather than doing this I will use my time looking for a site and...

Hubpages needs to make some effort to be inclusive of short thought provoking hubs.I have been visiting Bubblews and Zurcker and find one factor that is interesting and in keeping what I see as a reality. Many people have really short attention spans -- Twitter and Facebook bear this out. My...

I feel concerned that the reason google may prefer ehow as opposed to hubpages, is because there is an abundance of poetry and short stories. I am not by any means saying that those who publish the short stories and poetry are not good, but they are not usually searchable or high market. I...
