Why would this happen? did someone report me for something? I just composed this pretty good answer (I think) about why our teeth hurt when we have sinus infections....so I'm sharing here:
"The sinuses are spaces in our skulls (cavities) that are filled with air that make our heads lighter! The skull and head are filled with cavities which are connected. Pressure in one area exerts pressure in another. When our sinuses are infected they become swollen and exude infected material which can obstruct our nasal passages and sinuses. Since the sinuses, particularly the maxillary and frontal sinuses are right next to our teeth which also sit in cavities or sockets, the pressure is transferred to our teeth causing pain."
Ok, so why did I get a message in red font that says I am not allowed to post comments? Then, when I tried to ask a question about why I can't answer questions, I get another message that says, I am not allowed to make "requests" and that my privileges have been suspended for 3 days!
What's up with this?
Any ideas why?
Thanks!
Have you contacted the HP team and asked what's happening?
You'll have to wait for the admin team to answer you since they are the ones who decide why and when and for how long posting privileges get suspended. And they won't answer in a public space, like this forum, for privacy reasons.
The ban isn't due to the post you were trying to make, but something prior to that.
Did you report me, relache? I really wish you would not respond to my posts since you are consistently rude and condescending to me. But it seems you relish hanging out on the forums to post "gotcha" remarks to new hubbers.
And please do not assume that I did something to cause this. It is probably a mistake since I always keep my responses civil and respectful, unlike some people on here.
I suspect it may be because of my most recent hub that caused a flood of hits. Perhaps it sent up a red flag in the system.
She was not being rude and condescending here, she was trying to help you figure it out. Hubs and questions are not related.
If you don't like that I answered your question straightforwardly, that's your choice. But that's what I know about forum and/or comment bans from all the other situations I've observed.
Dubuquedogtrainer, if your Hub or Question has been moderated, please refer to the email that was sent to you for further explanation. You can refer to the Learning Center for additional information on Hub moderations. If you still have questions, or if your questions involve account or Forum moderations, please contact the moderation team for clarification; we ask that you do this so your privacy is maintained. Thank you for your understanding.
I got inspired and posted 20 new questions over a 2-day period awhile back. HP deleted 3 of them. I figured that number 4 would get me banned. So I decided that discretion was the better part of valor and ran away.

To date, I have been denied permission to ask and/or answer questions because of revenge? mark downs by disgruntled hubbers. I get blocked for a while, then un-blocked, then blocked again. Also some of my Q&As are deleted by HP staff without notice or a chance to defend my position. The Q&A...

When I look at the questions section of hubpages I see pages and pages of silly questions. A lot of the time, when I click on "unanswered" or "latest" I see that the same person has asked ten or so questions in a row. I suspect that in most cases this is because of the fact that...

I'm totally confused as to why some of my hubs get better traffic and comments than others. I'm not very commercially driven, but would like to know if I'm writing articles that people actually enjoy reading.I would welcome your comments on how to improve one hub in particular - I really thought...

So, are you just answering/asking questions to get an accolade? I am.

Am I the only one who refuses to answer questions that do not use correct grammer?

Hi, I wonder why I am suddenly banned from answering questions. Is the ban permanent or temporary? I have written to the HubPages Team but I thought that I may be able to get a faster response here. Is there a guideline on how to answer questions? Honestly, I really don't know which rule I have...
