    My adsense Earnings Are 0.
    Also, there are no reports.

    When I go to
    HubPages Earnings Program Settings
It says the account is active

When I go to adsense, it says:
Your AdSense for content application is still under review. You will only see blank ads until your account has been fully approved or disapproved. Learn more.

I click on learn more and get:
The first step in the process is a preliminary check on your site and your account details. The second step in the application process requires that you implement the HTML ad code on your site.

    I go get the code

where do I go to implement it?

if I click i hubpages to configure, under adsense, it says:

You may not apply for Google AdSense through HubPages because of the following issues:
    •    It appears that you already have an approved Google AdSense Account associated with HubPages, with the publisher id ##############. You should not apply again, as each person is only allowed to have a single Google AdSense Account.
    •    If you would like to change the account that is associated with HubPages instead, please select yes above.

if i click yes, it asks for the last 5 of my phone # and zip code

I put it in and click link my accounts but that does nothing.

Why does it say active but there is no report available and I don’t think I put the code in.

Where do I put in the code?

Am I really activated? approved or not? how long is the review?

You have to wait till you get a final approval from Adsense. You don't need to implement any Adsense code on HubPages because that is done automatically when you apply for Adsense through HubPages or associate it. You have already done it.

Just wait for the red banned mentioning "partial approval" is removed.
The review can take any number of days, from 1 day to a month

I do agree that you have wait.
Many people unknowingly breaks adsense terms and condition by looking for shortcut.
It took me two weeks to get through their adsense.
Few hours if your adsense gets rejected.
