I'm not sure I understand the question. Are you a member of the ebay program and not sure how to use it or have you been turned down by ebay?

DigbyAdams, i have active ebay account and activated in hub earnings settings also, Just want to know how to make an ebay ad on my hub pages. Just to show ebay ads on my hub. Is there any restriction to use certain range of products or any serious rule that i should avoid doing.

To use eBay on HubPages, you have to be accepted to the HubPages Ad Program, as the site now administratesand includes it as part of their in-house system.

To be accepted to that program you need to have been accepted to AdSense first.

To be accepted to that, you need an established web presence that meets all of the AdSense program rules and guidelines.

As you presently just have a single Hub that only contains a single, short paragraph of content, you may find your HubPages presence does not yet qualify for acceptance to AdSense.

Hi Relache, I just got the below message from Adsense to my email asking immediately i should creat a ad unit:

==== star of the messsage from adsense team====

Complete your AdSense application by placing ad code on your site
      Hi,

We noticed that your AdSense application is still pending review, as you haven’t yet placed AdSense ad code on your site. Please note that until you create your first ad unit and place it on your site, we’ll be unable to finish our review of your site and application.

Once you’ve completed this required step, we’ll proceed with the review process and let you know whether your application has been fully approved or disapproved.

===== end of the adsense team message=

Hope you can help me to solve this, with your experience, thanks

Then you would just place an ebay capsule in your hub like you would an Amazon capsule. Of course your product selection should comply with both the HubPages and Adsense TOS
