    Yesterday, I had the same problem with viewing a forum thread as Cagsil had.  Later I posted on Cagsil's thread and everything was fine.  Now, I'm getting the exact same warning about planetsmilies on that thread and can't enter it.  I've checked out my own protection virus and my computer registers as ok.  And I still can't get into the forum I originally attempted to view.

      Do you have an example URL at which you are seeing the warning?

            Yep, same here. It says something about planet smileys.

            I know Terri. I specifically put the "smiley" that was causing the problem into that forum, so staff would be able to use Google Chrome and see it happen.

        @Matthew Meyer:  http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/100732

        The original forum I first got the warning was http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/99881    it's the same one that Cagsil first got his warning on.

          Thanks!  It is related to an animated GIF that is hosted on a domain that Google has identified as being potential malware.

          I have removed the GIFs that I saw, but I have a feeling more are out there.
          I sent this to our engineering team to see if we can automate their removal.
