      Considering some people have been at hubpages longer, their page views will be higher.  Everyone is on a different timeline to reaching goals.
      
      I thought this was about celebrating accomplishments, not bragging.

   Gamegirl, it seems you have found your muse here on Hubpages. Nice work!! I'm too new to even look at my stats. It would be too depressing. However, I must admit that this community has changed me a bit. I came initially for internet marketing. However, I've been sucked in by the pure value and reward of writing and reading others writing.

      I'm sure you will.  Because that's exactly what we were all doing.  I would insert Mark's sarcasm smilie here, but my mom didn't teach me how.
      
      I mean, we all just jumped inwith our own stuff.  NOBODY congratulated anyone else at all.  Right?
      
      Maybe I'm having one of those days too.  But, jeez.

      For some reason, Misha's comments on this thread have really irked me.  Maybe it is because I never even think of looking at my total page views, but gamergirl's success prompted me to go check mine out.  I know you are told how many times your hubs have been viewed in the newsletter, but that is really the only time I check it out.
      As well, I did congratulate the success of others.  So did others who posted on this thread.  Plus, threads evolve--that is what makes them interesting.

      unfortunately I still haven´t much to celebrate (yet!) only 2650 page views. But I´m getting there only if I already knew where my success is hidden! Perhaps in one of my next hubs .

   I don't mind people posting their own celebratory posts here.  I do mind when my favorite community this side of World of Warcraft starts arguing.. over congratulating each other.
   
   I believe I wrote an article that talked about loving YOURSELF so that you can love others.. will have to dig that up.
