Tonight is the $110 million dollar jackpot for powerball. Just curious how people would spend thier money if they won. Look forward to hearing your answers.
I'd just love to be debt free and own something outright housewise instead of renting. I'd love to help family and friends and create some charities. It would be fun to be a philanthropist and help people in need.

I would definitely get debt free at last! Divide the winnings with my family. And with my share, have a rescue place for animals.

Hard to win without a ticket but I would invest - try use it to help others including family, quit my job and start getting ready for a world trip . Wouldnt need to worry about price of accommodation but still wouldnt go for big hotels I don't like . Might treat ourself to business class as I have bad knees  !

I am in Newport, RI for a conference and it happens to be the weekend of the Newport Boat Show.  If I win the Powerball, I'll bring my new boat over to show you and we can discuss this more then.

Well it looks like nobody won last night so it will hopefully go up to $120 million or more. It will give us all time to think more on what we'd do with our winnings. It's fun to dream anyway. Thank you all for sharing.

Foremost, I would hire an attorney to be my "front person" so my identity is shielded. The last thing I would want to have is my picture and name plastered all the over the place so it would be easy for the scum bags to reach me.

That's definitely what I'd do too. Get an estate and tax lawyer and make sure my face wasn't advertised. Very smart indeed. Thanks!!!
