While George's claim that Trayvon struggled with him for his gun...newly released forensic report of DNA finding on his gun after examination disputes his claim and again puts into question his creditbility. This is  significant because it gives the prosecution another means under cross-examination to demostrate that Zimmerman  has not been truthful.

I don't think Zimmerman ever said Martin grabbed his gun - only "grabbed for it."

He made that statement to Sean Hannity on FOX.

That's all I see in the transcript.

Does it matter?  Zimmerman was convicted on the day of the shooting by the media and in the minds of a large percentage of the public.  This is only further "proof" that he is a murderer according to many.

Wrong...on the day of the shooting police filed no charges against Zimmerman and media didn't pick up story until weeks later. Trial will bring out facts and evidence will demostrate what actually happened, however I would be shocked if Zimmerman takes the stand in his defense.

When Hannity lead him  in questioning he asked if Trayvon grabbed his gun...and he nodded his head in the affirmative (non-vebal) response and under low tone stated YES. Whether this was picked up in the transcript may be the issue. I recall this. Forensics was also performed on his holster which showed no traces of Trayvon's DNA on it as well.

Still can't find that. Searched through the whole transcript for a question like that from Hannity.

Care to link to it? Transcript or video?

Where is it? I read the entire transcript here http://www.foxnews.com/on-air/hannity/2 … ity?page=1 and saw nothing. Care to point it out? Otherwise, you're making this up and this whole thread is discredited.

Forensic reports shows no DNA of Trayvon Martin on gun or holster which Zimmerman claims they engaged in struggle for his weapon...that is point of my thread! That means trouble for Zimmerman defense...because it again undermines his credibility. Nowithstanding what the transcript from FOX shows. I also recall the affirmative nodding of his head when Hannity led him in that self-serving interview on that very point. Nice try though!

It doesn't matter if you recalled it or not-- it's not in the Hannity transcript. There's no record of that discussion even happening besides you claiming it, and sorry, but I'll trust solid evidence vs the proved-wrong claim of a stranger any day.

If you can't show us proof that Zimmerman claimed this, then your point is moot. That's all I'm saying. You shouldn't run around claiming things that others can so easily point out as wrong. It's bad form.

So....don't know why you're telling me "nice try" and all....

Nice try...because Hannity interview is not "solid evidence" as you claim...stranger!
