I would definitely be accused of flipping many people off then.

        Better watch that.
It could really hamper your plans to become the First Lady of the United States!
        lol

            Why stop there?
Why not claim that "most" Americans really want to take a swing at the president?
            Or worse?

Don't you remember the lip-reading experts showing us that Michelle said 'All this for a d#*$ flag?'

I think you missed the point. If you have cameras trained on you all the time, you're bound to do something that someone will take as offensive.

FYI, Anne wasn't even facing Obama when she scratched her face.

No. I don't remember the Michelle Obama lip reading incindent because it never happened:

          http://www.politifact.com/truth-o-meter … as-911-co/

As to Biden's flipping off Ryan in the debate. Not cool either.
I could get into a "well, we sort of expect the unexpected from Joe and he can be crass sometimes, but the potential FLOTUS is another matter."

          Nope. It's undignified and inappropriate.
What's not good for the goose is not good for the gander in this case.

Yeah, that was kind of my point.

Wait, you actually are standing behind that?

Well, can't say as I'm surprised anymore.

I would be sexist if I declared a double standard on this behavior. It's classless when she does it. It's classless when he does it.

But more to the point, when my pal Jaxson calls me out on being unreasonable,  that signals to me that playtime's over for today.
              lol

I haven't seen your "It's broken" thread, btw.
              Looking for it.

BTW, I don't think either action was really the bird.

                  And that's deliberate, J.
NO ONE ever really knows with me. lol
They may think they know, but they would be wrong -- but sometimes they would be right.

Of the two, it's more likely that Ann Romney's was NOT the bird. I can see using your longest finger to scratch your cheek.
Joe's? No question in my mind. That was a flip off!

I can't believe I'm going to defend Joe Biden but, HE DIDN'T FLIP ANYBODY OFF! At least not in the clip shown.

I"M NOT TAKING THIS FROM YOU ANYMORE MM!

From now on, I'm just going to assume, declare, and insist that you're just joshing around, and a huge slightly-right-of-center softy.

Oh please. Now you are really being ridiculous. It's beyond obvious she was scratching an itch. I happen to know several people who use that finger to do this, they are friends and I sometimes tease them about it.
The Obama crowd here really is in desperation mode.

Here you go, Obama flipping off Hillary.

Class Act. Guess not by your standards.

Republican Georgia state Rep. Terry England comaring women to farm animals is a desperation mode? What I find amazing is how anyone could possibly vote for the Romney/Ryan ticket! I'm an independent and voted for President Bush. These candidates give absolutely no details of their plans and say what the audience wants to hear, depending on if they're rich, middle class, retirees, vets, and tea party folks!

I've driven through Georgia, many times, travelling from Philly. Hope I didnt offend you with Terry England. Down here in Florida we have our own crazies. Take Congressman Allen West for instance! He's a real jewel.

Lol! Nah...we're used to crazy politicians in GA, and in much of the rest of the South, for that matter. Remember - we have the Dem Congressman who says Guam will tip over if too many people are on it.

And we have Mark Alan Siegel, Palm Beach Democratic Chairman. He's a real jewel too!
