    I tried to link up one of my recipe hubs to a new hub and it keeps coming up as a bad link. The bad link is the following hub:
    <link snipped>

      All you have to do is retest the link. Go to your account stats page, on the left in the black box look for broken links, click on that. A window will appear with all your bad links, click retest. That should do the trick. I have been having the same problem. If that doesn't work then remove the link completely and try replacing it tomorrow.

        Cardisa, thanks for your helpful comment. I seem to have a lot of bad links which I'll probably have to replace.
        What I found strange in my case is, that one of my own hubs comes up as a bad link. I linked up my pumpkin hub with some of own my pumpkin recipes and that's when I noticed that it came up as a bad link. I find this very strange....

          Remember that you can't place your hub links in the forums. Forgot to mention it the other day. Can you still delete it?

          The bad link thing has been happening frequently since the new changes so just retest them if possible, I find that works. An you are very welcome.

            Ooops, I wasn't aware that I couldn't post the link and of course now I can't delete it.... My general problem is, that I am an occasional hubber and I mainly joined because I like writing. I find the hubpages contains so much information that I could keep busy 24 hours a day just by reading up the technical stuff and I don't have time for that. I'm a hobby hubber and I don't do this as a profession.  I am glad for helpful pros like you who give advice.

              No worries, a moderator will have the link snipped. Trust me, I am no pro, still have a lot to learn about the site too....lol

      All the links in that Hub looked fine to me.
      Perhaps the Hub to which you linked was not published at the time or the URL was not formatted correctly.

      Please let us know if you have any further issues.
      As others have mentioned, you can retest links that show as broken here:

        Matthew, thanks for your valuable input. I realized that I should have worded my question differently, as it was misunderstood. My hub itself was a bad link (it didn't have any bad links). When I tried to link said hub up with a new hub it just kept coming up as (bad link) and no matter how much I tested and re-tested and removed and added that hub, it still came up as a bad link. However, I removed and added the hub again today and finally it came up as normal! Thanks for your help.
