    On some of my hubs (but not all) when I click the stats button, a message pops up: "Something went wrong. Please try again. And when you get a chance, you may want to report this issue in the Hubpages forums."

      I haven't received this message, but on some individual hubs I get the numbers, but not the graphs, the graphs are just dead, nada.

      @Melovy

      That message is unfortunately displayed any time the browser doesn't properly receive the content of the site.  Many time this is the browser or other connectivity issues and not necessarily our servers, but we certainly do not message in a way that lets you know that.

      My first suggestion would be, whenever you get this message:
      Clear the browser cache
      Update the browser to the latest version
      If you are not using Firefox, try it.

      You can find more detailed steps here:
      http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/99079
      (at the bottom of the post)

      Let me know if clearing your cache and upgrading your browser doesn't fix the issue.

        Thanks very much for that Matthew. I have checked the hubs involved and all seems to be well now. I do use Firefox, and cleared the cache recently, so maybe that's what fixed it.
        Thanks again.

    I tried a few of mine and so far that message did not pop up.

      Gail, it was very bizarre, and just seems to affect one or 2 hubs, but I tried several times and got the same result.

    Been getting this message, on and off, for a few hours. Although I don't know why I'm checking as nothing's probably changed anyway.
    Happening on Google Chrome, haven't checked IE9 yet.
