      IMHO, I believe Fox has spun this into a story that it truly is not...Before the ACA became law, the hospital in my small town did the same thing...We have an aging population, so our hospital decided to focus their efforts and dollars to turn the women's wing into a facility for the elderly. It is sad to me however, that there will be no more birth certificates issued in our town, me and all of my children were born here, but times change, such is life

         Well, you know Tammy, that is just a Fox affiliate not Fox News. There is a difference. It means that station shows fox programming like my favorite Fringe and does not necessarily run Fox News.

      This article will be the first of many as the dam is about to burst. I have been writing articles and telling people for 2 years now about how doctors are dropping out of practice, closing shop due to Obamacare. Needless to say I have been called all kinds of interesting things from those on the left. Just a reminder of something I said before, does it not seem interesting to anyone that the elderly, child birth and newborns get the most attention or shall I say lack of care attention through cuts and medical boards?
      
      Things are coming home to roost, sort of like that "no tax increases on the middle class, not your payroll tax, your SS tax, not your capital gains tax" quote from President Obama

         I find it interesting that if there actually are problems you are seemingly supposed to not look at them or acknowledge them. Common sense is to be suspended and just nod your head and agree with the toadies.

   Right, one hospital is going to cut out two obstetricians. Obstetricians have been complaining for years about the high insurance rates they have to pay. That is left to the states to regulate the insurance that hospitals pay. ObamaCare does not touch it.
   
   Truth is, ObamaCare is not what will create the paycheck for these obstetricians anyway . It’s your private insurance policy. The regulation on private policies by ObamaCare says that the insurance companies must use 80% of their income on paying for patients’ healthcare--rather than for golf trips to Scotland by the management.
   
   So, I think this article is misleading.
   
   The much bigger problem is that the people on Medicaid, who are having babies, do not pay much at all as copayments. Meanwhile, Medicaid in some states pays very low payments for obstetrics. Medicaid is affected by ObamaCare in that it will give more money to the states in order to keep people from using the ER rooms as their primary care provider.
   
   Slowly, Americans need to build a nation of jobs—like it used to be—rather than a nation where people expect free, unearned benefits, because that’s the way they were raised.
   That will requie that the wealthy invest in America again and that in turn will require a stable government. Unforturnately, the U.S. has not had one in years, so corporations invest wherever they can get a quick buck--Brazil, India, China, Vietnam, the Phillippines, and other places.

      I am not so sure it's misleading. Possibly they just are only focusing in one place and one one problem. Time will tell.
