Can you please share my hub?  I'm trying to save a tree here. Digg it, Stumble it, do whatever, but just get this out there.

Thanks, guys!  I know you'll help, you're the best.

Guys - hubpages just got banned from delicious. And digg is also capable of following forum threads.

I was following that thread the other day, but I also bookmarked this hub on my delicious account and I just checked, it is still there and active:

I think we are kind of banned from digg, too. Similar to delicious. Last time when I asked for digg love like a month ago, I watched my post climbing the upcoming and then disappearing from the list. You still can vote on it, and get the benefits of backlinks from member pages, but you never going to make it to the first page I guess sad

And just days ago I was being given all sorts of crap for saying people shouldn't be outright asking for diggs....

I'm with relache on this - if we keep on spamming these sites, we will get ourselves banned from all of them.

And I am sick to death of SEO "experts" telling me to "submit your work to social networking sites for massive traffic." big_smile

LOL if done properly, it does bring massive traffic. First you have to read and understand the rules, and to watch for some time to understand unwritten rules, and to contribute to community to become a respected member... Pretty much like here on HP...

Indeed.  I have learned that the oddball comedy stuff works best on Saturday morning (stumbleupon).  I guess because it is all the guys who didn't have Friday night dates are up early on Saturdays stumbling.  Even if I publish on a Monday, I'll wait until Sat. to submit to stumble so the nerds wills see it.

LOL - I know. I get 100,000's of hits to the right posts - but just saying "sumbit your work to social networking sites" is misleading big_smile

They are still saving your bookmarks - but not showing them to other members.

Misha will explain it better than me. But it's not the first time hubpages has been banned from a social networking site.

Gotcha.  I didn't realize that.  Thanks for clarifying.

I agree about the massive amounts of traffic, it's bogus.  Occasionally I will submit my funny "how tos"  because those do seem to do well especially on stumbleupon.  My "How Not to Train a Jack Russell Terrier", "Funny Hebrew T-shirts" and "Dad's Pregnancy Survival Guide" got decent traffic from stumbleupon.  The stumbleupon stars and links from other stumblers do seem to help with Google placement.

    THREAD DRIFT!

All my delicio.us bookmarks to hubpages are still there, and still work, so I'm thinking it's because I don't ask my friends to hit them.  I just put them up there, and what will be will be.

So Hubpages isn't banned from delicio.us, people are.

No Dafla - you are wrong. I just bookmarked Peter's pregnancy hub and there is not mention of the fact that any one else has bookmarked it. It is in my bookmarks, but as far as delicious is concerned, no one else will see that.

Hubpages has been banned. Not people. Check it and see.

That's too bad. The people here provide quality content worthy of being shared.

Yep, I guess we are banned.  I searched for names and even added hubpages on, and nobody had more than 3 saves.  I wonder if you can even save a hub page?  I searched for one of mine by name, and it didn't come up.  Sad.
