Star Trek Fans:  What is your favorite series and character.

    Mine:
    Series: Next Generation
Character: Data (I'm especially fond of his "Ode to My Cat")

Oh these are all pretenders - Mr Spoke of course : LIve Long and Prosper and the Needs of the Many Out Weigh the Needs of the Few, or One - and yes he definitely spoke in capitals!

I've got a lot of favourites. To show you how much of a geek I am I've met quite a few of the actors as well.

But my favourite still remains Scotty, the chief engineer who could keep the engines going with some spit and duct tape. smile

I always thought she looked like she was squeezed into that uniform. Poor thing most probably couldn't even breathe properly (IIRC she couldn't when in the Borg costume).

What was the Beta-zoid's name... the Counselor, in Next Generation? She was great with all the psychological perception and jargon. What an inspiration to us sensitives/intuitives !
But it is true, I liked them all as well. But I think Data would be my next favorite. It was hard to have emotions for his search and explorations of emotions! but humorous!

I would love to hear more about the Q backstory Uninvited?

This is the episode where some Trekkies think the Q first appeared. It was actually in a Peter David novel where he tied the two together.
