I'd like to remove some articles and move them to my own blog, Is out there a tool or when I delete them everything is OK.
Hey Mellonyy! You should be fine so long as you unpublish (and optionally delete) those Hubs.
I'm not sure what the standard practice is one Hubpages, but on the web in general you could run the risk of getting flagged for 'duplicate content'. If I were you I would take the old content down, wait a couple of weeks and then re-post it online elsewhere.
If you were moving pages between two of your own sites you could set up a '301 redirect' which is basically a search engine friendly way of telling Google your page has moved, but I presume you don't have that facility within Hubpages.
Hope that helps!
Once unpublished, you can use WebMaster Tools (google) to get them de-indexed. Of course, Bing, Yahoo, etc. will still show them for a while.
Good point but are you able to verify your Hubpages articles within Google Webmasters Tools? I thought you could only do this for domains that are under your control?
I understand there has been a glitch with google recently, but I haven't seen it although others have reported not being able to verify.
I haven't tried de-indexing, but I regularly ask Google to index a new hub and haven't had any problems.
There is a way to verify but I totally forgot how I did it. My subdomain is verified and I can delete URLs from my domain whenever I wish. I hope someone post the directions on how to verify your hubpages domain so you can do the same.
I've just had a look and here are some instructions for verifying your Hubpages subdomain:

Hope that helps!
About verifying your HubPages subdomain in Google Webmaster Tools, there's a HubPages learning center guide for that, which was what I followed when I verified my subdomain with webmaster tools.
You can find this guide by clicking the "help" link at the top of any HubPages page. You'll then be brought to a page where you can see a link for the learning center. Click that and you'll be brought to the learning center where you can find the "How to Add Your HubPages Subdomain in Google Webmaster Tools".
Alternatively, here's the link: http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/How- … ster-Tools .
Just delete and wait for it to be unpublished from Google. Then post again on your own blog.

I have some articles published on my own blogs that I feel will do better on HubPages. I may combine two articles into one hub in some cases though. I don't want to run into 'duplicate content' issues so please can someone advise 1) if it is allowed and 2) if so, how to do it correctly to avoid any...
