         The poor man can't even use a microwave. If I die before he does, I worry that one day they'll find him dead in the house from starvation.

   BTW, I've tried to explain the potato thing to him on NUMEROUS occasions...but I guess this is the manly way to chop onions!

      Actually, it's a team effort. I trim,rub/marinate the meat, and wrap it. He starts the smoker. I usually prebake the ribs low and slow in the oven and then tranfer them to the grill to brown and get some smoke flavor. Cory, my son-in-law, usually does the charcoal grilling.

    I love the way men and women think differently. Women just plow through, suffering if they must... enduring till the jobs finished. Child birth taught us that. Men refuse to suffer any unnecessary discomfort. Too funny.
