Maybe this is the correct forum for this question.

Everything was in tiptop shape until the end of the month. Now about half of my earnings have just gone poof. Is it system lag because its the first of the month?

It was all there, I was just about one dollar shy of reaching my payout. Then the evening before the first of this month it disappeared. I did not get paid--it is not showing in my earnings now, either.

It shows your earnings for the month. If you go to your earnings tab you can look at your earnings for last month. You get paid on the 28th of the following month after you have reached the $50 payout. Under your earnings tab there is a payment history and a lot of other information.

At the end of every month, my earnings for the past month go poof! and remain unseen for several days.  What I can see is the earnings for the month prior to the past month, and the new earnings for the current month.  Hope that makes sense.

Example, on July 1, my earnings for the month of June go poof! and I can see only the earnings for the month of May, then on July 2, I will see the pennies earned on the current days of July 1 and July 2.  Some time goes by, about a week or so, then suddenly, my earnings for the month of June show back up.  So, when I add the earnings for the month of May and the month of June, they will total enough for me to get a payout around the end of July.  Don't mean to make it sound so complicated, but what you are describing is normal.  Just wait and see if they show back up in a few days.

That's just weird. Thanks for the heads up. Now maybe I won't freak out when mine go poof. wink
