Al Sharpton didn't ever mention it, Jesse Jackson never brought it up, and you didn't look like one of Obama's daughters.

The mass media couldn't sell your murder towards a globalist agenda, and Democrats didn't care because no one used a gun to kill you.

I hate myself for using your image on the web for an agenda I honestly think is for the best, and someday, everyone seeing this will be in the ground regardless.

You just love to exploit things to win a point don't you?

The point is that this happened and NO ONE was out raged about it. Why? Do you think it's ok for blacks to commit murder or something? Why was this not a hate crime?

Exposing mass media bias and anti American agendas is exploitation?

Anything that negates the pre-conceived theology of the opposing opinion. Yet certain "leaders" with a 'voice' can get out there and stir the pot up with their comments insinuating a race issue and it's not exploiting. Adds fuel to the fire and triggers rioting.

        1. Wesman Todd Shaw profile image81
Wesman Todd Shawposted 10 years agoin reply to this

People should be rioting.  When what the media calls a "riot in Oakland" is only miscreants treating themselves to free WalMart ...the word "riot" has absolutely been misused.

Probably because they didn't have to force it to be brought to trial. I'm sure they were convicted of the crime.

    1. Superkev profile image61
Superkevposted 10 years agoin reply to this

Zimmerman should have never gone to trial in the first place. This was clearly a case of self defense from day one. That's why SPD did not charge him and the Chief of Police even resigned rather than charge what he knew to be an innocent man.

Watch the video I posted if you doubt it.

Bill Cosby agrees with the verdict; Charles Barkley agrees with the verdict; Harvard Law Professor Alan Dershowitz agrees with the verdict...but facts and evidence are simply irrelevant to people programmed with an agenda.

It is all still mostly evidence based on what Zimmerman said.

I accept the verdict, but it doesn't mean I have to agree with it.

Maybe you didn't realize this, but trial by jury is a right we all have.  But then there is that tyrant Obama, and his anti human "indefinite detention" crap.

The reason that this case wasn't a spectacle is because it's entirely (questionable pun incoming) black-and-white.

There is no ambiguity here, and there is an obvious motive, so when the killers are found, it's already a foregone conclusion. The media aren't running with it because there's nothing to run with--no potentially-unreliable witnesses, no problematic motives, no dubious evidence, and no mystery. It's a textbook crime with a textbook motive.

Sure, it's cold and irresponsible to not bring this case to light, but CNN, FOX, MSNBC, etc., are media outlets that exist only to make money, and there's no money to be made here.

    1. Superkev profile image61
Superkevposted 10 years agoin reply to this

It's not that it's cold and irresponsible, it's that it is blatantly hypocritical.

When a 13 month old baby was shot in the head, deliberately, by a black teenager trying to rob the baby's mother, there was no outrage, no violence, no riots...and nary a peep from the mainstream media. Why do you think that was?

And it wasn't because this was not a compelling story, what could be more compelling than the cold blooded murder of a baby sleeping in a stroller? That's the stuff tv shows are made of.

      1. Wesman Todd Shaw profile image81
Wesman Todd Shawposted 10 years agoin reply to this

Exactly - the whole shebang is hypocritical....and has there EVER been another president to taint a case with a vicious statement like, "looked like the son I never had" before?

Very sound observation.  I agree.  The agenda to string out a common criminal case for the making of money then can be said to be unethical, I believe.

Tell me how people are making money out of, other than the juror who says she is writing a book about it.

How about the case of Allen Coon...happened a month after Zimmerman. Two black teens followed a 13 year old white boy home from school. Grabbed him, doused him in gas and lite him on fire. Saying this is what you deserve white boy.

Police didn't look for the suspects very hard because they were afraid of turning it into a racial powder keg...after all Trayvon was the guy who tried to kill a man and became a hero because of it. Why not make these two boys out to be heroes for burning one of the only white kids at an all black school.

Excuse me, but those boys that set him on fire did not use the term "white boy".  They said ' this is what you deserve'.  The video did not say that they used the term "white boy".

Donotfear, Yeah I posted a biased media video but nevertheless the two blacks teens shouted that before igniting the poor 13 boy.

Here's a news story with the unedited quote.

You guys still don't understand some very basic stuff. So we get this daft question all the time "a black man murdered someone who was white why aren't you talking about it" Because there is no need to talk about, we think it's awful, if they can be proven to have committed  murder lock them up for as long as possible, there is nothing to discuss, it's evil.

The only reason the Zimmerman case became a common topic of conversation is because there is a disagreement on whether what happened was wrong or right and what should be done about it.

      1. Mighty Mom profile image77
Mighty Momposted 10 years agoin reply to this

Absolutely. It's about the ambiguity about what really happened.
And honestly, there still is quite a bit of ambiguity about the truth of how events went down.
Hence 'reasonable doubt' and a not guilty verdict for Zimmerman.

And because it also has broader implications about Stand Your Ground laws.

What about all the other cases that never get national attention. I don't think it is right. There is always at least one major crime story that gets reported on while others are ignored. Look at all the attention the Natalie Holloway case got and continues to get.

Dozens of women were murdered in Vancouver before the police investigated because they were mostly prostitutes. Their families had to force the police to investigate.

Just going and finding crimes committed by blacks against whites does nothing to expose anything except your own agenda.

I believe any time any one dies, there should be a complete investigation and someone must stand trial.

The American media loves to drive wedges into social issues , race , religion , politics , BUT they only do it for the political correctness and then they sit back and drool over the mass hysteria it creates .  Wanna sell papers and hits in their news sites , drive a racial wedge into any situation !  ......And the president has no business personalizing this case !  Emoting his way through the reactions to the verdict  instead of reasoning by law , And he's married to an attorney! hell, he's an attorney isn't he ? We need to "look to our own house "  as I have heard here so many times .. in dealing with race issues ! Clean up our own acts so to speak . Bias lies within each of us !
