About 1 months ago I was applied for the google adsense account, but unfortunately I google rejects my application because of insufficient content and violations of tos. After that I have checked my hubs again and found solve all the tos violations. Now again I want to apply, but when I go to my account - configure - there is a message Association Disabled by You or by Google for TOS Violation.
I have clicked on configure, but there is a message : It appears that your Google AdSense Account, with the publisher id ca-pub-8216634239553599 is no longer associated with HubPages. Your application may have been rejected by Google, you may have refused the association with www.hubpages.com through the AdSense Account Access Page, or your previosuly approved account may have been disabled due to violations of the Google AdSense Terms and Conditions. You should not apply again, as each person is only allowed to have a single Google AdSense Account. Please review Google's Disabled Account FAQ for further steps that you might take. If you have simply refused the association, you may be able to change that on the Google AdSense - Account Access page or by clicking "Next" below.
Any help is appreciated. Specially from hubpages staff.

      Hey Educateurself (Simone Smith here),
From my experience, if you are rejected for a TOS violation, that's the end of the line. Unless a serious mistake was made on behalf of Google, there is no recourse.
At any rate, I am afraid there is nothing I can do. Apologies for the bad news!

It happened to me too,and the reason was that you need to wait 6 months or sufficient content. Now I was partially approved

I think you need to go read google's FAQ on disabled accounts, like the message said. They will tell you what to do, how long you should wait to reapply or if you can reapply.

You need to go to Adsense and find out what your exact account status is.

I was again reading my email of google adsense rejection, here I have found something that google said on the email that you do not need to tell us or to re-apply for the google adsense when you have made changes we will make your account active., but I have checked all of my hubs there is no violations.

When you sign into your adsense account itself, outside of hubpages, what does it say?

Because if you account is not disabled and just refused for lack of content, the only way to make it active is to reapply.

If the account is active you need to reconnect it to hubpages.

You might want to paste the email here because I think you are misreading it.

    Here is what google said:

    Hello,

Thank you for your interest in Google AdSense. Unfortunately, after reviewing your application, we're unable to accept you into AdSense at this time.

We did not approve your application for the reasons listed below.

    Issues:
    -
    Insufficient content
    - Site does not comply with Google policies

    ---------------------

    Further detail:

Insufficient content: To be approved for AdSense and show relevant ads on your site, your pages need to have enough text on them for our specialists to review and for our crawler to be able to determine what your pages are about.

To resolve this issue, please work through the following suggestions:

    - Make sure that your pages have sufficient text - websites that contain mostly images, videos or Flash animations will not be approved.
    - Your content should contain complete sentences and paragraphs, not only headlines.
    - Ensure that your website is fully built and launched before you apply for AdSense - do not apply while your site’s still in a beta or “under construction” phase or only consists of a website template.
    - Place the ad code on a live page of your website. It does not have to be the main page, but test pages that are empty except for the AdSense ad code will not be approved.
    - Provide a clear navigation system for your visitors so that they can easily find all of the sections and pages of your website.
    - If you’d like to monetize YouTube videos, please apply for the YouTube monetization program (http://support.google.com/youtube/bin/a … er=2490020). Note that blogs and websites that contain only videos will not be approved.

As soon as you’ve made the necessary changes, we’ll be happy to take another look at your application.

Site does not comply with Google policies: We're unable to approve your AdSense application at this time because your site does not comply with the Google AdSense program policies (http://support.google.com/adsense/bin/a … ic=1271507) or adhere to the Webmaster Quality guidelines (http://www.google.com/support/webmaster … swer=35769). It's our goal to provide our advertisers sites that offer rich and meaningful content, receive organic traffic, and allow us to serve well-targeted ads to users. We believe that currently your site does not fulfill this criteria.

    Tips:
Here are some recommendations to help you improve the user experience on your site and comply with AdSense criteria:
    - It’s important for sites displaying Google ads to offer significant value to the user. As a publisher, you must provide unique and relevant content that gives users a reason to visit your site first.
    - Don’t place ads on auto-generated pages or pages with little to no original content.
    - Your site should also provide a good user experience through clear navigation and organization. Users should be able to easily click through your pages and find the information they’re seeking.

Please refer to the Webmaster Quality guidelines for more help on how to provide a positive experience for your users.

As soon as you’ve made the necessary changes, we’ll be happy to take another look at your application.

So that is a standard insufficient content rejection.  You need to re-apply to activate the adsense account.

On Hubpages the message you see there Association Disabled by You or by Google for TOS Violation is what will show until you re-apply and get approved for Google Adsense. This only means you have not been approved by Adsense for insufficent content. The emails from Google are what you will want to reference over all. Most of all you will want to publish more hubs and re-apply. It took me about 19 hubs with 1500+ words on each and better yet Good Content. These numbers are different for everyone depending on the content and I believe traffic now as well.
