   View farming programs are not permissible on HP so I have elected to close this thread my self. Though I still think that some on HP do it.

            Besides if I was in concern of a tos violation do you really think I wouldnot have checked first before posting here. Please dont discredit me by assuming im slow like that.

      Oops!  Using Traffup and Twistrix are against HubPages Terms of Service and will get you banned. Stop, quick!!
      
      It doesn't really matter whether you are using Adsense personally or not:  HubPages does, and if they allow "illegal" activity here, they could lose their Adsense account, which would be catastrophic!   
      
      If you're thinking that's unlikely, one of HubPages' competitors, Wizzley, had their Adsense account suspended because one of their users did something similar.  Fortunately they were able to get the account reinstated, but it was suspended for several weeks which caused major loss of income for the site.
      
      It's a common newbie mistake, so don't worry too much about it - just delete your memberships quick smart!

         Though I deleted my account with both services their is a loop hole. If you earn no money, do no add programs and most importantly disable adds on all of your hubs then you are no longer in violation of TOS.

            Did HubPages staff tell you that?  If not, then I doubt very much that you're correct.  You may be avoiding contravening Adsense TOS  but as your Hubs still appear on HubPages' site, your activities must comply with HubPages terms of service.

   Those sorts of traffic exchanges are in violation of Google's AdSense conditions, and thus, also in violation of HubPages Earning Program.

      I think it should be ok. I posted it here though so you guys could tell me in plain english if its a bad thing to do on hub pages. Since I do not earn a dime nor plan to with this account I dont think it will get my hub account banned.

   As stated up - automated traffic exchanges will get you banned from Adsense.

   Oh, I dont use adsense or any of that. I also dont earn a dime on HP.  So there is no violation there.

   To HP staff. As per the advice of my peers I have deleted both accounts on both sites.
