When using the new hopper we know not who we are assessing. I like that because it gives an objective read.
There are times we read a hub and would like to make a few suggestions or we in return would love to receive suggestions from readers.
HP knows exactly who hops and whose hubs are rated through the hopper. Is there a way a suggestion box could be added to the hopper which would link back to our to our accounts page? This would work when hubbers read and make suggestions on the hub in the hopper. The suggestion would be saved similar to the notifications but they would only be related to their newly published hub(s). Your techies could work out the details there
If it cannot work that way then maybe the hubber could receive a message with the suggestions. HP could limit the amount of suggestions any one hub could receive, say three maximum, to reduce the amount of messages per hubber.
Yes, I think that is an excellent idea Cardisa. Sometimes as a Hubber I want some feedback on my hubs and how to improve my hubs and this would be a great way to do so. Perhaps, there would be a problem of spam or hurtful comments. Maybe Hubbers with a Hubber score of over 80 or 90 could be allowed to make suggestions, just to avoid trolls or spammers attacking others' hubs. I hope the HP team reply about this.
Agreed. I think feedback would be quite useful.
Yes, I guess it would have to be organized in a what that only hubbers with a high percentage of quality rated hubs can leave suggestions...or something along those lines. Don't want to seem like I'm discriminating but HP would have to decide who can or cannot leave such suggestions.
Something to that effect at least. Otherwise it'd likely wind up with a mess of spam and hurt feelings.
As long as it is possible to opt out. I really do not wish my already overloaded mailbox to be drowned by a spate of "helpful" comments from HP members. It is bad enough that I already get about 4-5 HP notifications each week about random hubs written by random people, plus another one with interviews and stuff!
Well I guess there could be some feature for opting out of the suggestions or the email...which ever would be easier to implement.
The original idea would be to have the suggestions linked to the account page. The email idea was secondary to that.
could always add a filter2 the emails, u no like even if no opt out option is available? right?

I respect the work of many hubbers, but at the very top of my list is 'peeples'. I am a great fan of this extraordinary woman and when you go to her profile page you will see why. Peeples is now homeless. Follow this link to her story. http://peeples.hubpages.com/hub/A-Real- … melessness and...

I've noticed that quite often a new user joins hub pages, and adds a great load of spammy hubs in a very short time. For instance, a user called "plumbingrepair" joined 37 minutes ago, and has already posted 19 spammy hubs. The new User "plumbingrepairs12" joined 24 minutes...

In addition to the many low standard hubs we see in the hopper there are equally many hubs with potential. These hubs have substance and with a little tweaking can become high quality. For instance, I just saw a tutorial on how to install windows 7. This hub had a step by step guide with...

My feed is full of "shares" by a Hubber. HP recommends we do not share our own Hubs too frequently, why can't that apply to multiple sharings by the same Hubber for other Hubs. I don't think they can possibly read all those Hubs, I think it's done for other reasons.
