why i am getting disabled by adsense?

   i have 12 hubs all of which are of featured quality and are around 3 months old. i had applied for adsense and got disabled. adsense sent me message as given:
   
   While going through our records recently, we found that your AdSense
   account has posed a significant risk to our AdWords advertisers. Since
   keeping your account in our publisher network may financially damage
   our advertisers in the future, we've decided to disable your account.
   
   Please understand that we consider this a necessary step to protect the
   interests of both our advertisers and our other AdSense publishers. We
   realize the inconvenience this may cause you, and we thank you in
   advance for your understanding and cooperation.
   
   If you have any questions about your account or the actions we've
   taken, please do not reply to this email. You can find more information
   by visiting

   i don't know any known policies violation. Can any body help me about this problem?

      I looked at three of your Hubs and didn't see anything which violates AdSense policies.  If that were the problem, HP could not show any AdSense ads on your Hubs and they are displaying AdSense.
      
      Did you have an AdSense account before you started at HubPages?  If not, then the longevity of your account is the problem. AdSense Terms state: "In some locations, including China and India, we require publishers to have owned their sites (in this case, your subdomain) for 6 months. We've taken this step to ensure the quality of our advertising network and protect the interests of our advertisers and existing publishers." Since Nepal is located between China and India, I presume this applies to your country.
      
      From the experience of other Hubbers, you probably need to publish 25 – 30 Hubs, then wait six months, and then apply for an AdSense account.
      
      You can probably find more specific information by searching on Google in Nepali.

         I don't understand. They're not declining biochemi's application, they're disabling his/her account for 'posing a risk to advertisers'. That sounds like the kind of language they'd use if they detected violations, such as clicking own ads (which I'm willing to believe biochemi hasn't done).
         If it's because of the 6 month thing, does that mean they mistakenly approved the account and later realised they had approved it too soon?
         If that's so, can biochemi apply for another account in future? I thought they didn't allow that.

      How did you get your Adsense account?  You live in a part of the world where Google makes you wait for 6 months.   There are people who will tell you sneaky ways to get an Adsense account without having to wait - but Google nearly always finds out, and they will then disable your account.

   You have to go to the AdSense forums and ask there, as this is an issue on their end of things.

   I would suggest you to publish some more featured hubs, you need to have at least 15 or more featured hubs in your account and wait for another 3 months and then reapply for AdSense.

   The link included with biochemi's post (which came from Google) is their support page for accounts which get disabled for invalid click activity.  This is not something any of us here can help with.
   
   Biochemi has to go talk to the folks at Google about what they think happened and when, and file an appeal.... All of which is explained on the page to which Google directed him.

      Do not try to get AdSense account wrongly,buddy. Google will find out the culprit. So, just wait for few more months and publish around 20 hubs more

      Someone posted a link on a forum post a few weeks ago.    Fundamentally I'm guessing the method is to pretend you're living somewhere else.   However, it can't possibly work - because once you reach a minimum threshold, Google sends you a PIN number via snail mail, which you have to enter on your Adsense account.  If you can't receive that PIN, you can't earn. 
      
      I've known people give a fake address to get approved, but then to get the PIN, they've had to change it to their real address.  As soon as Google receives the real address, they tumble to the fact that they've been deceived - and they ban that person from Adsense forever for breaching the TOS.  So it's really not worth it.
