    Team HubPages:

I have tried every conceivable way to get my photos open for my new hubs, but they won't open.
I've emptied my cache, used Mozilla Firefox, etc., and I do not know what to do. I am using Internet Explorer 11 and that is above the 8.0 you suggest on the pink box on the main Hub page.
So what is Beta testing and how long is this frustration going to go on?
I need to publish my hubs and I cannot do this unless this problem is fixed.
    Thank you.

      Kenneth.
      Sorry you are having problems.
There are some known issues with Internet Explorer.
      http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/118330

Please empty the cache for Firefox and use that browser.
If you are still having problems email us at team at hubpages dot com

Include a screen shot showing the exact problem you are having and on what page/Hub/etc and include the URL.
Is it related to a specific capsule?
What are the exact circumstances under which this occurs?
Are you uploading a new photo in the capsule?
Are you adding an existing image from your library to a capsule?
Is this a new or existing capsule?
Is it a new or existing Hub?

We can then try to reproduce the problem and see if it is an issue that we need to pass on to our engineering team.

        Matt,
Thank you for your timely response. I do appreciate it.
I will use the Firefox, but HOW DO I TAKE A SCREENSHOT OF YOUR PHOTO AREA THAT ISNT WORKING? THEN HOW DO I SEND THE SCREENSHOT TO YOU?
        Thank you.

          Kenneth,

Here are instructions for taking a screenshot in Windows.
          http://www.java.com/en/download/faq/screenshot.xml

You may find the "snipping tool" included with Windows Vista and later to be a bit easier to use.
          http://windows.microsoft.com/en-us/wind … reen-shots

You can then attach the resulting image to your email.

Please also include the version of Firefox you are using as well as the operating system (Firefox 23 and Windows XP for example).
This article explains how to determine this information.
          http://hubpages.com/learningcenter/Diag … r-problems

The main thing we are looking for is the exact circumstances under which the problem occurs so that we can test and try to recreate the issue you are experiencing.
