Hello,
I just noticed something about hubpages regarding ad program, i want to just clear something about this website i have few doubts. i want to know that, how hubpages work with Google Adsense? Is there any minimum payment fixed that hubpages will send payment if your earning crossed minimum payment, and how hubpages pays via paypal or they direct send to adsense account. i just noticed that i am getting very less ad earning compare to other website. Hubpages takes ad from Adsense program and they put it on our hubs and when someone clicks on ads adsense pay some money but i am feeling that adsense paying more money to hubpages than our earnings in earning report. Because Adsense is the No. Ad Program of the World any company will pay adsense more than other program and adsense pays us with honest. but is hubpages honest? because i have other blog and a Youtube channel where if a viewer click on ads i can see that how adsense can pay for that ad and how i earned its usually more than $0.10 per click and sometime more than $1 but here on hubpages if a view clicking on ad i can only get $0.01, and maximum $0.02 per click. May be other hubber getting $0.10 maximum per click but for them who is getting 0.10 per click they should know that the ad had higher payment than they are getting. I hope you all understand what i am trying to say and ask, because i can't express exact what i am trying to say. if any one didn't understand please ask and IF any one can clear my doubt or help me i will be thankful
Thank you
All of that information is available in the learning center.

Amariah,
HubPages Ads - HP Ads pay via PayPal and they then pay to your bank. HP's minimum to reach is $50.00. When you have reached this they will pay you around the 28th of the month. In order to open an HP ad account, you must open a PayPal account. This link might help if you do: http://hubpages.com/faq/#royalties - scan down to 'Account Administration' and then to 'HubPages Earnings Program - PayPal'
Google uses AdSense - (This is not connected with HP) They send money directly to your bank. Their minimum is $100.00. They pay you 1 month after you have reached the minimum.
As for the clicks I cannot help you there, but I use both and HP seems to earn more. Google usually does not accept members unless they have written approximately 15-20 Hubs.
The real earning potential for anything would be to write more and get more ouside traffic.
I hope that this helps.
I've had ads on my website from Google and at times they are only worth a penny to a five cents, so I think Hubpages is being perfectly honest. Some of the Google Adsense ads just are worth a lot.
i have searched over there but i didn't got my answers, so if any one have knowledge about it please help me and what is your opinion about my thought, do you agree with it? and please guys don't tell me to read help center or community forum or elsewhere
I earn more from the HubPages Ad program than I do with Adsense alone on blogs with similar content type and quantity. In addition, my articles on niche topics here outrank my similar articles on other sites with Google. I see no reason to believe that HP's revenues from my hubs in comparison to my share is unfair; they built the platform in such a way to help me get more views and therefore more clicks, even with their share of clicks considered in the equation.
All ads appear 60% of the time for you and 40% of the time for HubPages. You get paid on the 60% of your time; if an ads shows on your hubs 10 times 6 times you will earn and 4 times it is for HP. That is why sometimes payments/clicks etc may appear to be little but as far as HP being fair, I believe they are more than that.
Amariah.....
You seem to be implying that somehow HP are being dishonest. HP ads do not pay the same way as adsense. They are paid per impression rather than by the click.
So even if no one clicks on an advert on your page you will still earn for every view.
If however you want to use adsense you can opt out of the HP ad program and use Google adsense instead.
I would also suggest that you brush up on your English as what you have written is in very poor English and the moderators will eventually decide that your hubs require"work".
I agree with your thoughts Amariah but what to do everyone wants to make profit, same is with hubpages ... I think what happens here is hubbers are much more content with hubbing than the money factor so not much people care how much they ear .. but i do
It might help if you read the relevant section of the learning center and ask more specific questions.
As for the overall question: is Hubpages honest? Everything I have seen suggests that they are.
Hubpages terms are very specific, and they give users a lot of data. It all hangs together and the payments arrive on time.
I may be way out on this as I have just returned to residuals writing and content generation. It seems to me now that google adsense now pay by impressions with a nominal one pence (Uk) per 100/200 views plus click income if anybody happens to click through the ad. The only site I have so far received significant Google ad income from in the past two months is Xomba, where I've had about three or four "proper" adclicks.....
Additionally a site I would allege to be dishonest is Triond where even the penny income from page views does not appear on Google. When I highlighted the fact I was getting some income from a couple of articles only to the administrator even this meagre amount disappeared - after about 8000 page views in December. I feel they may be generating robotic page views to their content but may be wrong.
How do you know how many clicks you get on your HPads? We don't get this sort of information. HPAds pays by views not clicks.
How can you be sure Adsense is honest?
You've been here for 2 weeks. You have 2 hubs. Also, if you forgive me for saying so, they are not written well, grammar mistakes abound.
I imagine it would be very hard for you to get organic traffic to your 2 hubs. The one about "fixing minor computer problems" is, if fact, just a lot of very basic and generic information about computer hardware, not fixing problems. Why would google send people to your (badly written and misleadingly titled) hub, rather than the many authority sites that cover this.
It is impossible to be sure, but I don't think HP is cheating. However, unless you write many more hubs, sort out your English problems, and find better topics to write on, I doubt you will earn here.

I have been a bit puzzled about the way Google Adsense pays. There is reference to page impressions and clicks. I know that clicks get paid for at various rates, but I am not sure about impressions. Does the number of page impressions bring in any revenue. For example, some of my articles get...

What determines how much you get per click in Adsense? Is it the topic, or some weird witchy-brew no-one really understands?I ask because 2 things have confused me, looking just now at my account, for the first time in a while.my Easter Eggs hub has been getting lots of traffic and a few clicks...

I know that hubpages is revenue sharing and I won't be getting more $$$ per click than I do with adsense on my own personal websites, but I've been seeing only 10 cents per click when someone clicks my ads. However, on my own websites - I've been getting up to $3 to $5 per click. Again, I'm...

There has to be some explanation for the way my(and others) PPC, CTR, and other statistics are so variable. (totally different all the time)For some reason, I noticed "many times" when my traffic is high and ctr is better, the PPC is bad. However, inversely, when my traffic is lower and...

Greeting Hubbers!...Just wondering if anyone ever tried pay per click like google adwords, yahoo ad center or other to promote one of their "money" hubs? And are we allowed to use a HubPages landing page for pay per click? I didn't see any hard fast rules on this. I've...

I have been involved with about 6 sites where I receive Adsense rev from ad clicks for months now. I have concluded that HubPages pays more per click than any of them. Is this your experience, or am I missing something?
