I'm trying to write a hub right now, but I either can't find the option for half, quarter, or full width in the photo capsule box when I click "edit". I'm using Firefox, is it a browser issue? I haven't written in a while on here, did I just forget to do something or where to look?

HP "improved" the photo capsule taking away those options. What you are seeing is the new improved one size fits all version we have at the moment.

As @RachaelOhalloran mentioned, small image display options have been retired.
There is a bit more information in this thread from when the change was made.

That's kind of bullshit. In order to do what they want and float a picture capsule to the right side, I have to put text on the left, when before I could simply have a half or quarter width picture in the middle. I agree with the people who reacted negatively to this.

If you want he appearance of a half-width centered image, you can upload another version of the picture with added white space on the sides.

And they're going to radically change the way hubs are made without an email or announcement?
