Thinking of Hubbers (and Everyone Else) in the South After Tornadoes

After seeing news about tornadoes going through the American South I thought it might be good to start a post here so that (if at all possible) Hubbers in the South might check in and let us know they're OK.  I know there are likely to be power failures or "whatever else" even for those folks who are OK and whose families and homes are OK (or at least OK-enough); but I imagine there are quite a few people outside that region who would like to hear from other Hubbers in/around that region.

(If there's a post somewhere else where Southern Hubbers (or people who know them are "checking in") then, of course, disregard this one.  I just haven't seen such a "check-in thing" on here and imagine I'm not the only  one wondering who from that region is OK.  )

This is a good idea.  My prayers and thoughts are for those who were affected by these terrible tornadoes.  Thanks.

      LisaW,
You have a great idea. As for me and mine, thank God, we are okay. We live in Hamilton, Alabama about 40 minutes east of Tupelo, Mississippi, where the first tornado touched down and did a considerable amount of damage.
Then around 3 p.m., another tornado or two, said the weathermen, were coming straight for us and it was as dark as night--and still as I imagine it will be when time ends.
Even at 10 p.m., cdst, there are still dangerous storms going into Jefferson County, where Birmingham is located and the television stations there are saying that damage will be calculated in the morning, but Tuesday, Tuesday night and Wednesday will be the next rounds.
My heart breaks for the people in Arkansas who lost everything including family and friends.
Let's all join together and remember them in prayer.
And thanks, Lisa, for the wonderful idea.

Great initiative Lisa, I hope all hubbers in those areas are safe, but it would be great if they post here to put us all at ease.

          Jodah,
Thanks a lot, good friend. And you have a good idea to remember the people in Arkansas. Actually, I do not have any right to complain. About anything.
Prayers for you and all of my Cherished Followers too.

Praying for all those who are in danger of these tornadoes. Hope that God will send those twisters back up in the sky and leave people and their homes safe and well.

Thanks you all. They seem to have missed us here in my area in central Georgia - at least the area which I am in.
