I started out getting excited with the 3c per month I was earning. Today it is a cute little pocket money spinner (let's just say I could have a night out in beer in Australia on the earnings). If you don't have the gift of viral hubs or mad SEO science under your belt, you'll find if you track earnings vs amount of hubs from month to month, they keep going up. So writing lots is a way to go for us mere mortals.

Write something fantastic with great pictures. Write about something most of the world will have in common eg craft, relationships, recipes etc. The more you write, the more people you will attract automatically. Make sure to post your writing on social media too.

Good job Amy! I would like to ask you how long did it took you to get accepted by the adsense? smile

Thanks! I already had an AdSense account as I've had a YouTube channel for a few years now and I used that to get accepted, so I'm afraid I don't know how long it would have taken me to get accepted through HubPages.
