I just started with Weebly, I heard they give 100% adsense revenue. While I was signed into adsense today I clicked on 3rd party access, and it SAYS..
WEEBLY
0% of content revenue
50% of search revenue
0% of mobile content revenue
what exactly is search revenue? does this mean their still taking 50%?
Stop! Run away! They're a scam. Well, not a scam actually, just not very good.
I've heard many people recommended Weebly for ease of use, but when I actually got around to creating a site there for someone, I was extremely disappointed. Their servers are slow and sites are frequently down or slow to load, which will give your site a bad reputation in Google's eyes.
If you're using the free version, you're entitled to NO support whatsoever. The free version is really just a carrot to get you to sign up for the paid version - but if you're going to use a paid platform, I'd be using Wordpress.com or your own self-hosted blog.
They did announce in October that they'd changed the ad share on your own ad capsules to 100%.
Oh wow, thanks for your insights on the matter, Marisa.
Before you answered I was thinking to myself, "Where's information-ninja Marisa when you need her?" Only cause you answer 90% of my questions. And you always manage to be so thorough and helpful. Thanks again for always taking the time to so eloquently explain things to me, you're the best!
Talk to Jean Bakula. I set up a blog for her on Weebly due to its reputation for ease of use - and I'm still kicking myself for doing it, as she's had no end of trouble with them!
The other thing I should mention about Weebly - the big problem is that you can't download or backup your site. So if you start a blog there, then they start getting too expensive, or too unreliable, it's very hard to move your blog to another provider. The only way to do it is to manuall cut and paste every article and manually record every URL.
I should have said last time, thanks for the compliment
Oh, and two more tips - make sure you put your Hubs into Groups of related hubs, so you get "next" and "previous" links at the end of each Hub. And if you have started a blog, put the link in your profile (and by the way, if you do have a blog or website, I hope it's specialising in a particular subject as it's pretty pointless otherwise).

Can anyone suggest a good free blogging site?My hubs tend to be spiritual. Because of the recent quality standard changes on HubPages I have experienced dramatic quality score deflation. I'm looking for a blog site that goes easy on the Adsense user, if I can help it. Any...

I am not too keen on Wordpress. It looks pretty and clen but the advertising options are limited. I use blogger because it's easier to use and gives me freedom with Adsense, but I really hate the limited templates. I am thinking of going domain and website for my recipes. What are your thoughts?...

I found some of my content copied on anothe site. I put the URL into the WHOIS site to find out the information. How do I find the email address of the domain registrant? If it isn't obviously listed there, does that mean that information isn't available? The site that has...

I was just curious about how many of you all have blogs outside of hubpages and what the sites are? Do you make money from them like hubpages? Is hubpages where you do the majority of your writing or is hubpages secondary to something else?I'm trying to decide whether starting one would be...

I have been a member of hub pages for 11 months now and am starting to find my way around with the help of many hub pages friends. Does anyone know of a very simple way to create your own website or blog page. I say "Very Simple" because I am not great with all the modern technology,and...
