Overly promotiona: Looks for 3 or more links to site in Hub

   I have 2 lenses/hubs that were made to highlight facts, myths and superstitions of 2 different birds.  There is a lot of info, and the one that I just looked at has a red skull saying it is too promotional.  The links go to a few of the myths, and there are several links at the end of the page to give credit.  Can someone check it and tell me what is the problem?  Would taking out the links to the different stories help?

   Oh, and if this isn't OK to write this here, or link to the page...please tell me where I should do this.  This page has been very popular with school kids and a library back East so really don't want it to have issues here.

      I honestly don't see anything overly promotional about your Hub. You have credit links, and I think these should be seen as a considerate inclusion.

      I count eight Amazon product links. I've never seen a hub with that many links, in my several months on this site. If you removed 5 of them, you'd be just fine… for starters. One point of view. ;-)

         OK...I will go back and check the Amazon links.  Are you talking about ones in what you call capsules here...or ones in text?  My notice didn't mention affiliate links and I sure have more than 50 words per module so should be OK there.  But who knows, so thank you for checking for me.
         
         I haven't even got to the point of checking to see what transfer problems might be showing on the hub...first things first

      It's the number of Zazzle links. You can only have 2 per hub. The overly promotional warning comes on when you have more than 2 to a single domain that is not on their white list.
      
      It's NOT the Amazon modules. Those are fine; they are interspersed between text modules and with plenty of supporting text.
      
      When you are editing you will see style tips that will warn you if you have too many Amazon/Ebay modules bunched together - HP doesn't seem to like more than 2 in a row. However you can definitely have more than 2, 5, or even 8 if you have a lengthy hub, with lots of text, and the products are all directly related to your topic.
      
      Oh, and another thing is that I've noticed the HP Style tips thing doesn't like just lists of links, especially not without any description (like at the end of your "lenshub" ) While it's tedious work, I'd go in to edit and add the credit links and info directly on each photo, in the photo modules.

      It looks like you have 8 links to Zazzle. We only allow 2 links to promotional domains.

   There is a limit of two links to most domains. Exceptions are big sites such as Wikipedia, etc.  You have more than two links to Zazzle.

   The Amazon links, I've found, don't seem to be a problem as long as they're not all grouped together and they're related to your topic.  Generally, it's affiliate links that are the issue.  When you're editing your hub, there should be a box to the right with a question mark on it.  When you click on that, it should tell you exactly which links are the problem.

   I am running into this with my Allposters photos.  It's not the Amazon links at all.  I can keep two linked Allposters photos with no problem but any more will give me the dreaded skull
