I have a Google AdSense account; and I thought all I had to do was write my hubs and get paid.  However, I still have no accumulated earnings.  Is there a special link or something that I need to add to each hub upon publishing so that I can start earning money for my hubs?  I'm trying to figure it out; but, am getting more and more confused.  Thank you very much for any help given.

Your Adsense account number looks like ca-pub-xxxxxxxxxxxx, where the x's are some digits. You can find it in your Adsense account. Once you find it, add it in your HP account in the Earning settings section by hitting the 'configure' button.  Then your Adsense settings should change to active.  Basically, you want all your settings to say 'active' like this:

(it's a screen shot from my account with my info blacked out.) You need an Adsense acct to be eligible for the HP Ad Program. Hope that makes more sense.

All of that is set.  I think I'm good to go.  I guess now I just have to wait for the clicks to happen so I can get paid.

You'll want to read a couple sections and review all your account settings.

Here are the few places to start reviewing,
