How does Hubpages count no views when my Hub yesterday received 7 comments? My Google Analytics says I received 54 views and Hubpages says 32. Is there something wrong here? Please any feed back would be appreciated.
I have forwarded this information to our engineering team, so we can research and determine what might be going on.
Thanks for the reports!
Matthew, why haven't you come on the forum I posted the other night as those on that forum have not heard anything, but now on this one you popped in? Just curious.
Thanks a lot Matthew Meyer, I appreciate the information and passing it forward to the engineers.
Hi suzzy, yes, I have a forum going too, about the same issue, frozen stats! They have not budged in four days now. It says RESOLVED but it is not resolved? Who knows at this point?
Same here!
Stats are the same since 3+ days, but showing today morning that they have been updated.
Some of the hubs have received comments but show no views! Hope they resolve it soon!
This is a known issue.
You can find the current thread here.

My stats are showing that they haven't been updated for three days now, which is quite annoying, so maybe that's what it is.
Yeah, the stats are delayed by three days, happens all the time.
No change in stats here. Still the same as 4 days ago. And, yes, cache was cleared.
Even with stats un-frozen, one of the new hubs (that I posted during the freeze but has already been featured) says zero views. Another shows a lower number than seems likely (2 views or so).
The one with zero views also dropped from low on the list in it's category almost immediately to the very bottom of the list. That's never happened to me before---usually they go up over time....clearly it won't get any views down there. (But I know it's had views because I shared it on my Facebook page (related to that topic) and a few people shared it right away.
Anyway, there's what I've observed (the extra detail about the zero-views hub is noted here because maybe there's something else also going on with that hub---or maybe it got such low billing for similar reasons?).
Disregard my earlier comment! Quite embarrassed now----clearly I had new-hub-tunnel vision. I noticed that the "time since update" value had changed, saw zero views on a new hub, didn't notice the views on everything else were still the same. So clearly the issue is lack of unfrozen-ness rather than with my new hubs. I'm caught up now....
My numbers haven't moved at all for three days as well. Seems like something is broken. I composed a few new hubs and they have not received any views. This is dramatically unusual.
Mine are frozen as well. I love HubPages, but it's increasingly frustrating that there are constantly technical issues like this...with little to no explanation. It's hard to be inspired to write more hubs and trust the accuracy of hits when something like this is always going on.
They said one time they keep track of impressions. I believe that is separate from the statistics we see. It is confusing to everyone, I know.
I have been wondering same thing. If they can't keep stats page up to date and accurate, how do we know the impressions, etc from which we get our earnings is accurate especially when the stats page has not been updated for six days now.

Has anyone else had this issue? My total page views have been showing as 70,444 for 3 days. Daily views only 125. I was quite concerned that nothing was going up until I realised there has been no update. Is there any reason for this that we are aware of?

The stats haven't been updated since the past 43 hours as my stats page shows. A very disconcerting feature is that the reported earnings are also simultaneously lower. A check on analytics for the same period shows that the views have gone up in the last 3 days as compared to each earlier day.I...

It seems the stats are frozen again, as I have not seen a change in mine in a good long while. Has anyone else noticed this too?

I just noticed that the stats look like they are working again!!! I pretty much knew what my views should add up to, and while some of the stats are still incorrect, the total views is pretty close to being accurate. I hope this is permanent!! YIPPEE

For the past two days, I've noticed that my hub score have deceased or increased, but the views have stayed the same as yesterday. Does anyone know what's going on with HP? Will they be updated or remain frozen? Even my new hubs have no views at all. :-(

What are the most views you have received in one day from one hub?Category?
