I received an email from Google today which stated that 'We would like to make you aware that there has been  a Google Mobile algorithm change, which took place on Tuesday, 21st April 2015' and was able to check that both my sites are now mobile friendly.  They both passed the test with an AWESOME - Thank you so much for all the hard work you have put in. It is appreciated.

Yes, I'm very appreciative that HP already considered the importance of optimizing the site for mobile quite awhile back. I also made sure my own sites were mobile friendly. Going to look forward to seeing if all this has an effect since the algorithm update for mobile in Google.

Aw, shucks. Thanks so much for the kind words, Sally! It's thanks to Paul Edmondson's foresight and the efforts of our wonderful Engineering Team. We're lucky to have them! smile

How did Google know to contact you like this?  I haven't checked mine but am curious that they would have informed you about this but not others.  Am I missing something?  How did you check?  Thanks.

I think everyone got that email. The way email accounts are default configured by the hosts these days, it will probably be a snark hunt to find which folder though.

Shoot! I just checked and my "new" account wasn't following either of you!

A prosperous HP means prosperous Hubbers. Things are indeed looking good around here.

Me, too. I got lucky there. All my sites are hosted on Blogger. Google wasn't about to flunk their own platform
