The start of a new trend to increase network capacity without additional capital investment? This may need to be looked into.
The conversation on another thread made me think of this, http://hubpages.com/forum/topic/132823 I wonder if that ISP is indeed already doing it? And will the practice spread to the mainstream ISP's?
Suite Solutions appears to be blocking ads on HubPages as confirmed by checking at another home inside the complex where the ISP has a monopoly.
I don't know if it marks the beginning of a trend or if it's just another shady practice by a particular company that makes a habit of shady practices. It seems to me that their infrastructure and equipment are old and they're trying to milk them for as much as they can until they aren't worth repairing or coaxing anymore. I really hope the practice doesn't catch on.
I forgot to mention, it's also blocking the "Recommended Hubs" box on hubs, too.
