My most popular hub with over a thousand views per day has the lowest score of below 50. What is the reason behind this?
Hi K Kiss,
Traffic no longer plays a role in a Hub's quality score. Instead, it is calculated with a number of other factors in mind including reader satisfaction, human ratings, algorithmic assessment, etc.
Hubpages LITERALLY has 3 chimpanzees that calculate your earnings, hubscore & quality assessment- I've seen it with my own two eyes, friggin take a look for yourself http://youtu.be/kz_IarQlSZM
(just kidding hp- you guys are awesome- & I truly mean it)
Shit- Maybe it was this one http://youtu.be/ezPzOrcf7QE
Lol you are so funny. Thanks for lifting my mood. I guess I shouldn't worry too much about that. Just don't want HP to unlist that hub due to its poor score that's all.
Wow! A thousand views a day?? That's a lot in my book!
The score really doesn't matter that much; it's all about the views.

I was shocked this morning that despite posting a new hub last night my hub profile score had dropped from 96 down to 88. I posted in Hubber's Hangout and it turns out that I am not alone because other hubbers have their scores going down and some are reporting by a figure of at least 8 same as...

I recently got my lowest score ever for a book review on Kate Chopin's novel, The Awakening.Anyone want to give me some feedback? Usually my scores start around 50 and go up as I construct the hub.The entire review is my original writing. I didn't copy any text.

Why does the hubber score fall after publishing a new hub?I published a new hub today. Within two hours it has cleared the assessment process and got featured. But my hubber score went down from 87 to 84. Any idea?

I just wrote a new hub and it has a score of 43... I spent a while on the hub and wrote a lot of quality content, but the score is very low. When I have written other hubs in the past, they generally begin at about 57 and slowly go up. I have never seen a hub score start lower than 50, let alone...

I have been writing a series of hubs called Poems From the Porch where I ask for suggestions of topics from my readers to write poems about. In every hub I write four or five poems based on those suggestions. I am not up to the ninth in the series and it is proving very popular. However, I have a...
