Have you ever been snubbed...or snubbed someone?

Has a fellow Hubber ever gone right around one of your comments...when they were replying to other's comments...and you didn't say one thing bad in your comment?

Yes.  I am sure this has happened to everyone.  If I have snubbed anyone, I apologise.

I don't think it's a snub necessarily. Sometimes they just don't have anything to say to your particular comment.

I guess that is the reason...but how hard is to at least do a "Smiley"! smile

I'm sure! I wouldn't consider that a snub though. It's an open forum not a series conversation.

I think perhaps you're taking things too personally.  Perhaps you didn't get a reply because they agree with you, or you're so articulate that they can't think of anything to add.

        But yeah, what you said.

Why thank you...Maddie...for saying I was ar-tic-u-late... (Whatever that is?) I'm going to go look that one up in the dictionary. You must be one of them smart "Doctor-types"...using them words with more than 4 syllables in 'em...wink

    It happens.

It's even worse when they do reply and you get slagged off and everyone gangs up on you and it ends up as a "let's all hate on so-and-so" thread.

Or perhaps they don't read through the whole page of comments. It's a lot to wade through sometimes.

This is the first I've heard of Snubbing in Posts.

Hopefully, people shouldn't see it as a Snub. Sometimes, I want to make comments to everyone but then I worry I'd be hogging the Thread, so I just do a few. Also, once people know you on-line they wouldn't take it personal.

Yeah - if everyone replied to everyone - then where would we be?

I have expected particular people to respond from time to time, who have not responded, but they might have logged off.  I have been snubbed, and I have snubbed! lol

You crafty old dodger! So this was meant to serve as some sort of lesson? I knew it when we were only a few posts in! Sort of like reverse psychology- you sounded as though you were the victim, and maybe you are, and yet there was a point to the whole thing.

You remind me of Jigsaw from the movie Saw!

Just remember. We're watching you now... cool

hmm  What... Who me? Naaawww....Anti-Valentine. But you have to admit...there is a lesson somewhere in all this!

To snub...or not to snub...that is the question ?!?

    Snub or be snubbed?!?

I don't set out to do that, and if I have, my apologies.  I'm not on all the time and am sporadic when I am on...I'm a little random as it has been pointed out to me.  I try to answer everyone and complete my thoughts...usually... lol  smile
