Maybe there is but, I don't see it. I use that to report spam and would like to be able to do that.
It is there since the beginning, I think. You click the more button and you can see it.
Sorry, I have replied it wrongly. The more button is only for forum questions.
Regarding general category questions, you can report it by clicking on the Flag Icon that is visible to you in your left margin of the question.
