    Hi Hubbers,

I'd like some help with passing the Quality Assessment Process. Will you please give feedback on my Hub How To Choose Right CRM For Your Business (must be signed in to view). What can I do to improve? Thanks!

      Hi there,

What is CRM? Your introduction does not explain what the acronym is, or what the process or service is in a few words. Because of that, the whole piece reads like biz-speak gobbledegook.

You've left out 'the' from the title.

There are several grammatical errors. Read the text out loud and you will probably pick them up.

You can't link to your own business. If you are here to promote your business, then know that HubPages is probably not for you. This is a writer's site.

There's a grammatical error on your profile description. There are also quite a few on your company website.

      Hope that helps smile

Hi, how about expanding the acronym and then launching into an explanation of what it is?

Secondly, rather than print your link next to the name, why not create a hyperlink? HP allows you to create links in the body of the content and you can make use of this feature.

      Thanks, regards...

You need to start by saying what a CRM is.  Even for specialist topics a little context is needed.  Also make your links live rather than just typing in the url.

Probably, many old geezers like me have no idea what a CRM is and after reading several paragraphs of your article I still don't know. Good writing practise is to spell out such things and follow with the initials in brackets. Same with ROI.

There are several writing problems. Difficult phrasing, passive voice, grammar issues.

"Today, CRM helps a number of enterprises in conducting their marketing campaigns, generating sales leads and closing the deals. A good CRM also helps the organizations in building and managing the customer relationship for long time."

Better would be "Today, CRM helps enterprises conduct marketing campaigns, generate sales leads, and close deals. A good CRM helps organizations build and manage long-term customer relationships." Crisper, more active.

You need images to spark visual interest in your article and they must be free of copyright restrictions.

The inclusion of the URL looks spammy and will keep your Hub from approval.

On your profile, you admit that you work for the company that you've linked to in your Hub.

It is against the rules to write Hubs for the purpose of promoting your business.  Such Hubs will not be accepted.  That is your problem.
