Dear All, I really need suggestions about this.

I might have made a big mistake because I used my YouTube AdSense account when signing up with HubPages. According to some folks over at Google, that sort of hosted AdSense account can only permit one channel of earning. In my case, YouTube. Thus, I have not earned a cent after a year on HP. Not only so, the accounts stats in AdSense doesn't even show any numbers.

Am I told the right info? Should I reapply for a new AdSense account? But according to OTHER info sources, AdSense only allows one account per person.

To put it in another way, have I been losing money, however small the amount is?

I really hope someone can enlighten.

You are fine.  You cannot use a hubpages number on youtube, but you can use a youtube number on hubpages.

But what really puzzles me, is that within AdsSense, it is always no date available. No matter what I click, there is absolutely no data displayed.

You mean here?: https://www.google.com/adsense I can see all the data I need right there. Dates, amounts, the sites that generate the revenue, everything.

Upon logging in at https://www.google.com/adsense, I see a simple summary of number of clicks, views, etc. But everything else is "no data available."

More baffling, there is money coming in. But these are entirely from my YouTube channel. Not a cent from HP or elsewhere. I have already verified, activated, etc, all HP and HP related sites. But the situation remains the same.

Maybe your hubs haven't made any money.

Could you try adding the HP sites manually? I'm not too good at the intricacies of Adsense, but I seem to remember having to add HP years ago. After that, the niche sites seem to be added automatically.

I had to manually add all of my niche sites into Adsense. Doesn't seem to add auto for everyone. And I was missing out on that little bit of income which peeves me.

I've already added all the niche sites I'm in via SETTINGS > MY SITES etc, and activated them. In fact, prior to me doing anything, hubpages.com already appeared by itself under the Custom URL page. But when I click view reports, no data available.

It's always no data available, no matter what I do. Of course, there is the possibility that I made no earnings at all, or it's lesser than 0.01. But I've have reasonable earnings within HP itself, so I find that hard to believe. In any case, there should at least be some data.

On deeper thought, I think maybe it is as AdSense interface tells me. Because I applied via YouTube initially, there's always this darn red band when I log in reminding me my account "IS ONLY ENABLED TO SHOW ADS ON YOUTUBE ..." etc. If that's the case, too bad, at least till I can get an upgrade to a non-hosted account. But TBH, it peeves me that AdSense is still showing ads on my things, and I'm getting nothing. It peeves me even more AdSense doesn't even have a simple email or something for me to ask for a simple clarification.
