How will response to Trump email end? Is Julian Assange advising him?

   To everyone, in order to be totally transparent, I am releasing the entire email chain of my emails with Rob Goldstone about the meeting on June 9, 2016. The first email on June 3, 2016 was from Rob, who was relating a request from Emin, a person I knew from the 2013 Ms. Universe Pageant near Moscow. Emin and his father have a very highly respected company in Moscow. The information they suggested they had about Hillary Clinton I thought was Political Opposition Research. I first wanted to just have a phone call but when that didn't work out, they said the woman would be in New York and asked if I would meet. I decided to take the meeting. The woman, as she has said publicly, was not a government official. And, as we have said, she had no information to provide and wanted to talk about adoption policy and the Magnitsky Act. To put this in context, this occurred before the current Russian fever was in vogue. As Rob Goldstone said just today in the press, the entire meeting was “the most inane nonsense l ever heard. And I was actually agitated by it.”

   It's just dumb that Trump is getting in trouble for trouble for allegedly trying to dig up dirt on the opposing candidate. Every politician tries to dig up dirt on their opposer.  It's not like the government actually regulates how you get the information.

               If your use of "cutout" means she is effectively an undercover govt. operator, I'm absolutely positive a great many people will consider her just that.  Of course, considering her that doesn't make it true; such considerations are much better for having proof.

                  None of us John Q/Jane K citizens have proof of anything other than what is published.  The point is that Lindsay Graham coerced Christopher Wray into warning, "If you are contacted by a foreign gov't, contact the FBI."  When someone tells us they are from the XYZ government, we shouldn't refute it.  It is not our job to prove it."
                  
                  People generally believe the news source they listen to.  Unfortunately, I'm a junkie.  I try to listen to it all.  I'm trying to cut back.

   How is it that your President can get embroiled in this wrangle, in the public arena, instead of assuming the dignity expected of the "Head of State," and leaving the dirty work for his security staff to sort out?
   
   Any of us knows that if we jump into a tank where the sharks are lurking, we are liable to get shredded alive, if not eaten. A most undignified way to end it all!
