What is so "Oh, So Special" about the number 11?

   Why do people think that the number 11 has something to do with angels or the universe doing something good for you? I was born on November 11th, and my life hasn't been sprinkled with magic fairy dust, so what I am missing here?

      The number of 11 is about having to meet many trials in your lifetime. People may let you down so much that you are forced to search to make/create a philosophy of your own that will entail a divine connection. (whatever divine means for you)  Its a hard path but someone has to do it.
      Ptosis made a good suggestion.

   What I would do is look up meanings of numbers in Greek. It was the start of tarot cards. In China they used sticks for the hexagram divination. Each number has a personality.

   I've wondered that myself as I've got lots of elevens' in my chart.
   I'm a spiritual oriented person and have had really beautiful experiences. However in material realm there has been tests and even tragedies etc.
   That said, my spiritual experiences have bolstered me against these awful material blows.
