   A convicted child sex trafficker from Colorado was sentenced to 472 years in prison on Tuesday, the longest sentence for a human trafficking case in U.S. history.
   
   Brock Franklin, 31, was found guilty of 30 counts, including soliciting for child prostitution, sexual assault and kidnapping by an Arapahoe County jury in March.
   
   Franklin recruited young girls and women, and forced them into prostitution. There was physical abuse if they didn't cooperate.
   
   He was one of seven people indicted by a statewide grand jury in 2015. Franklin was considered the leader of the human trafficking ring.

    United Nations (United States) (AFP) - The administration of President Donald Trump has withdrawn the United States from a United Nations pact to improve the handling of migrant and refugee situations, deeming it "inconsistent" with its policies, the US mission to the global body announced Saturday.
    
    "Today, the US Mission to the United Nations informed the UN Secretary-General that the United States is ending its participation in the Global Compact on Migration," the Americans said in a statement.
    
    In September 2016, the 193 members of the UN General Assembly unanimously adopted a non-binding political declaration, the New York Declaration for Refugees and Migrants, pledging to uphold the rights of refugees, help them resettle and ensure they have access to education and jobs.
    
    "The New York Declaration contains numerous provisions that are inconsistent with US immigration and refugee policies and the Trump Administration's immigration principles. As a result, President Trump determined that the United States would end its participation in the Compact process that aims to reach international consensus at the UN in 2018," the US statement said.
    
    US Ambassador Nikki Haley said the country would continue its "generosity" in supporting migrants and refugees around the world, but that "our decisions on immigration policies must always be made by Americans and Americans alone."
    
    "We will decide how best to control our borders and who will be allowed to enter our country. The global approach in the New York Declaration is simply not compatible with US sovereignty."
    
    Under Trump and his "America First" policies, the United States has withdrawn from several global commitments made under the administration of president Barack Obama, including the Paris climate deal.
    
    More recently, American pulled out of the Paris-based culture and education body, UNESCO, accusing it of "anti-Israel bias."

       Michael Flynn plea doesn't allege Trump-Russia collusion/conspiracy. But does show Obama DOJ intensely interested in Flynn transition talk with Russia on policy matters--UN resolution, sanctions.

       No I never expect blow-back on President Trump's many achievements on this thread, but it happens once in awhile, I normally ignore it because its too silly.  I welcome anyone who wants to celebrate the victories even with the obstructionists doing all they can to stop Trump's agenda.

       The Supreme Court allows full enforcement of Trump travel ban. The ban applies to travelers from Chad, Iran, Libya, Somalia, Syria and Yemen.
       
       President Donald Trump’s travel ban executive order is once again to largely go back into effect after the Supreme Court of the United States stayed two lower courts’ injunctions Monday. We gotta replace those unconstitutional judges, they are such low class.

             I just read an article by Dr. Steve R. Pieczenik, MD, PhD (the real Tom Clancy). 
             
             He says Jared Kushner is the next to go. I have been wondering about Jared.  (Gary Cohen, Steve Mnuchen, Scott Pruitt, and several other prominent administration members).

       I will never understand all the left's hatred of Trump , not completely anyway ,  I know from where it's born , how promoted and why it's swallowed whole .  But the alternatives were scary . Obama was an enemy enough to America ,  but the mafia princess and a socialist Sanders , Warren  etc....?
       
       So now we no longer have the integrity of our news media , we no longer have a buffer zone of combined ideologies , at this point there are clearer ideological lines than ever before.   But the victor in this fight are the people all for draining the swamp .   If it doesn't happen , then the establishment two parties regain the momentum , Sad, because it only means more of the old guard leadership one party or the other .
       I'm ashamed however , of ever belonging to the left long ago.
