Actually, there is something that potentially rings semi-true about these statements - and it certainly isn't often that Kathryn and I agree about something. But, there are differences...
1) The 'deep state' exists and it has for a very long time. There is only one government, and they have always used both extreme political sides against each other at will to accomplish their unified agenda based on economics. The problem arises when the deep state starts to manipulate citizens into believing that 'the left' or 'the right' are to blame for everything wrong. So many Conservatives are so SURE that Liberals & Progressives are the dimwitted enemy; and now antifa has grown to become the dangerous anti-whites gang that it is (see images).

I live in Seattle... There are well-trained & armed 'free' militias across this country; and the citizens of our country seem to be arming for war (or the next best thing to it). Yeah, scary.
2) It isn't only the government that we have to worry about... Groups (such as these militias or white supremacy groups, antifa - even other countries, etc) are perfectly capable of attempting to incite wars, themselves. Although, my suspicion from the beginning has been that there is more that we are not being told (as Kathryn has suggested).
I mean, why would this guy premeditate this massive attack and NOT provide a way to get his angry point across (whatever it was)? Since the investigation is still going on, it is still a little too early to tell; but there IS something fishy about that one thing... Officials might not want to reveal what his motives are to a country that is as divided as we are, right now; because it could very well be the spark that sets us on fire.
Individuals still have free-will (at least for a while) - even if a shadow government exists. Officials could be making a concerted decision to either 'not tell' us anything; or they may be trying to organize a believable explanation among themselves - OR, it really could be that they don't know anything; and Mr. Cahn just lost his marbles for a while with no actual motive. We may never know the actual truth. Our government is as difficult to believe as the media is, sometimes.
3) Relax, the shadow government isn't going to win - even if they manage to instigate a war among us. They are FALLING, that is why they are trying extra-hard at the moment. However, I believe we still have a good chance of getting through this time without a war. Stop falling for the tricks and jumping through the hoops (that goes for lefties, too - your strings are also being jerked). Diversify your media sources if you're someone who just HAS to think you're keeping up on things, ha!

That means that the KoG has always been here for as long as we have been populating this planet; and it has been slowly developing and expanding for ages across 'cycles' as you've said. Usually, our core civilizations end - because the axis of our planet gets knocked so out-of-whack that no matter how technologically-advanced the civilization might have been - it is all but wiped out. This is because most people live along the coasts & fault lines where the land is fertile and mosts likely to be affected by harsh weather conditions as the world rebalances - not to mention the huge earthquake! As such, most of our civilizations are 'restarted' by obscure tribes who were never connected to the civilized world, anyway.
We've crossed the end-cycle by about six years, now (give or take, depending on who you talk to); and the cycles have restarted. It doesn't matter... the axis of our planet has barely moved, but the Earth still has to rebalance itself - which is where all the wild weather is coming from. It isn't a harbinger or a pre-cursor to 'what's coming' - it is a symptom of something that has already happened. All we have to do is hang on and get smart about these storms.
God is in control - always is, always has been. I'm not sure why so many [christians especially] think that there is something they can do to alter our course. God allowed a deep state to develop in this world a long LONG time ago; and now he is painstakingly dismantelling it.
As the person who makes both good & evil possible, God creates and destroys at will...
Isaiah 45:7 "I form the light, and create darkness: I make peace, and create evil (or 'let evil happen', depending on translation): I the LORD do all these things."
You can't 'form light' unless you also 'create darkness'. God is light, there is no source for darkness - there is only the absense of light. Darkness or evil cannot exist except within the boundaries of places God has created for 'the dark' to be able to exist - like the Universe, and specifically for us, this planet we call Earth.
And this is the choice we make as humans every day: are we choosing light or the absense of it in any given moment? Either choice is okay because we have REASONS for making those choices. Its why we can't make a wrong one... Perceptions are part of our ever-expanding personal identity.
In other words, we are our own 'evil' that we have to overcome - and we are in the process of doing exactly that (with the help of nothing less than 'the KoG within' or 'God within'). No belief in a god or religion, required - beLIEfs are just training wheels; and we're all in various stages of 'realization' or 'awareness'. Its that simple.
God is PURE POSITIVE ENERGY (just like we are in our non-physical 'soul' form) and can only read hearts. The physical aspects of our world - including human-born beliefs & religions - are only relevant to us. God isn't 'watching' and seeing like we see; nor does he have any use for our language, thoughts or actions. They ARE tools & toys for US to utilize, however - no matter how right or wrong we believe they are.
As such, God cannot tell whether our hands are folded properly; or if we are kneeling during prayer. God simply cannot tell the difference between the sincere worship of a Christian, Muslim or Hindu - or a crazed football fan, for that matter.
Our hearts are completely exposed to God because we are a natural part of Source (as natural as air or water is to us). Being 'just the Universe' (no small feat) without human hangups has its advantages: no human perception, no human judgments, no human knowledge of our ideals beyond 'how things feel'.
Also, God can't look back - never ever - not even long after we refuse to let things go. Its not that God doesn't want to 'keep bad stuff', he is literally INCAPABLE of keeping it.
Why?
Because 'evil' or 'sinful' stuff isn't real to God; and they are only temporarily real to us for this purpose: the emotions that developed because of it - that caused your soul to grow & expand - ARE real. That's what matters to God.
If a person's heart is completely dark, God knows why they 'believe' the way they do about themselves: through reading the lifestory of their emotions. The reason people do bad things or 'turn bad' is NEVER EVER EVER because the person was 'born evil'; nor has that soul become 'too evil' to not eventually be able to return to their natural state of being at death.
Really, think about it again... Do people 'sin' when they are HAPPY and content within themselves?

For instance, David is seriously anti-Hillary & Obama (talks briefly about it, but isn't 'nasty', in the video coming up) - a lot of Tfans can certainly appreciate that about him; but he also includes Trump in the same heap - as I have from the beginning.
Nothing has changed, there is only one government (David actually reads & quotes from government publications that you can look up) - it doesn't matter who is in that office. He actually manages to go into that a bit without going into alien possessions - so this might be 'watchable' for most people without becoming too irritated by his colorful alien embellishments, ha!
David has an interesting way of presenting both parties 'as one' - Party A, Party B, we keep flipping back and forth between them while continuing to accomplish whatever the shadow government ACTUALLY wants. (He also talks about how they are trying to create a police state - by scaring us for more reasons than just trying to make us give up our guns, as Kathryn has suggested. They want us practically BEGGING for a police state! I can totally believe that.)
Trump does some really risky things like removing business regulations that were put in place to prevent another 2008 economic crisis (to benefit the rich, who actually rule our world); while at the same time doing little, meaningless/manipulative things that are obviously intended to keep everyone's attention diverted while we all argue about it. (The NFL protest blowup is one good example.)
He beefs up his base by continually doing rallies where he can talk as big as he needs to in order to fill up on whatever he gets from them that keeps him going. He does things like try to bully policies that he ran on through congress - so that his base can see that he IS working on their behalf - but, they aren't really policies that he actually cares about. Whatever keeps you wanting him in that office - that is what he will do. Want a pro-life Supreme Court nominee? Sure! Want to get rid of Obamacare? Absolutely!
And by the way, LOOK at how selfless I am to not take a paycheck from the American people - nevermind that it is chump-change to me. "Whatever I can do to impress them." His supporters watch him bully people across the political spectrum and his own party (as well as general people across the country & globe) - and CHEER at how adept he is at making the divides between people worse.
Good for Trump - THAT will show our shadow government (and especially the LEFT) that WE who elected him are boss of this country! That is what many of Trump's supporters are thinking when they are actually jumping through hoops designed for them to do just that - in the same EXACT way that Dems were jumping through hoops around Obama in 2008.

Most people aren't even SORT of listening to David because they consider him to be literally crazy. But, his logic is actually fairly-easy to follow (if not a little whacked-out, at times - stay on guard, don't let him wrap your mind around the concept of alien-demons, LoL!); but, it isn't like nothing he has to say makes sense - cuz a lot of it does.
Don't worry about any of it, though - wherever you put your attention, intentions & energy is what will become bigger. It is the same thing Kathryn is talking about in here... Many people believe that the deep state is [directly or indirectly] causing these acts of masse violence for similar reasons. The shadows are huge fans of chaos; and WOULD definitely love to disarm us, willingly.
The big rumor is that they want us all BEGGING our various governments to implement martial law or police states - in order for them to be able to control the 'seemingly-uncontrollable' portions of our masses more firmly (while also controlling us more firmly).
Regardless, this 'cyclic' axis shift is USUALLY a whole lot bigger; and entire civilizations are wiped out (cuz we keep settling along the coasts & faultlines where the land is the most fertile AND the most ravaged) - while humanity rebuilds and survives over & over again on a string, ha!
This time around, things are different.
I'm not rejecting half of everything - everything is 'restarting' and in the process of changing to become something else. The Kingdom of God has existed within every person since we began inhabiting this planet; and it is FINALLY in the process of manifesting. (Its still a time-consuming process from our perspective and will still take years if not decades to become 'fully real', ha!)
Civilization is not about to end, its getting ready to grow up. Its like we just graduated and are 'heading out into the real world'. It is actually an incredibly exciting time to be alive. A major civilization has supposedly never survived past this point, before (usually, its the 'lost tribes' scattered in nooks & crannies around the world who 'restart' Earth's human population).
Also, humans have supposedly never been so spiritually-evolved as we are now. We're in this place in time by design.

God/Source/Spirit/The One/Pure Positive Energy - whatever you want to call it - is only concerned with that one LITTLE thing. To God, our physical experiences AREN'T EVEN REAL: only the emotions & desires that were created out of them are what matters.
God is ENERGY and can only communicate/experience us through the energy/soul part of us - which means, he can only 'read hearts' or emotions. Our languages, thoughts and actions are meaningless to him (not to us who exist here, of course).
God can only see 'good' things - he doesn't see 'bad' things we sometimes go through in order to 'get to good'. Just because God created places for 'the dark' to be able to exist - doesn't mean that he can exist there, himself. There is no source for darkness - only the absense of light (which would mean that God doesn't exist where there is darkness UNLESS he is in some sort of 'suit' - like a space suit or a human suit or a dog suit or a horse suit, etc.)
Our physical human bodies can go where God cannot (and would not want to go, anyway). God is our 'baseline' - keeping our eternal souls untouched by whatever harsh things we might go through while we are here in this world. 1st spotlight hub explains all.
