    You have a lot of extra lines between your paragraphs, there should be only one blank line between paragraphs.

    Nice article.

    I'd remove the white space between paragraphs, a single space is best. There are other chunks of white space that should be removed.

    Your title should be in Title Case.

    Images ought to be credited and free of copyright restrictions.

    What goes well with kippers? A young Ghanaian Shiraz? Not that I would eat a kipper anyway; too many bones.

      Re: wine to go with kippers. Providing you are not having kippers for breakfast, then  how about a German Spatlase from the Rheinhessen (hopefully better than a Ghanaian Shiraz!)
