Anyone having anything good to eat tonight?
I am having stuffed peppers with rice, sauce and sausage my sister made - looks yummy. With that a nice big salad and some italian bread.

    How about you?

Keeping it simple -- a nice Cobb salad.

That sounds so good - mine is just lettuce, tomatoes from the garden and cucumbers - I would love to trade.
OMG and what a cute doggie.

I can't decide. I have defrosted chicken breast but I don't know what to do with it. I may just go for the frozen chicken nuggets I have and save the chicken breast for tomorrow smile

Either way, I'll have sweet potato fries with it...yum.

Or, I may just have a salad since it is so hot here...yay, summer weather at last!

We're hours apart - already had mine.

Pasta with minced lamb in Pasta sauce, but will have a warm cake, toppled with ice-cream in about an hour...

Sunday being family day, we've made fresh chicken stock and filled it with freshly made won tons (yeah, the recipe's here somewhere...) and for dessert, a fresh and cool summer fruit salad.  (with hint of mint ice cream on the side)
